Best dental practice that I have been to in years. The friendly and professional experience starts as soon as you walk in and meet the front desk receptionist. The doctors and their staff helped eased my anxiety. I love the way that they talk you through the procedure before they perform it. I recommend this practice to anyone that wants to feel at ease and know that they are in good hands. A+ Services!!!

Great customer service, very sweet and thorough staff... Milena was awesome as was Dr Duque... The staff was very friendly and knowledgeable. Dawn was also very helpful at explaining my options with my insurance Coverages that we're available. The smiles and positive attitudes definitely made what is typically a very nerve racking visit.

Above and Beyond experience very professional approachable staff. Everything was very clean an organized and for the first time I felt treated with respect at a dental procedure.they walk me through my dental plan prices and plan to follow. I went for an teeth extraction and I would say I never felt this good before at any dental office. Great work Aspen Dental.

This office extended the most AMAZING care and in a timely manner. Each employee, from the receptionist to the Dr were personable, professional and kind hearted not to mention a VERY GENTLE handed Dr and Hygienist ! Thank you Aspen for this group of caring and equipped personnel, I was so blessed by my visit !

They took out the wrong teeth and rushing me ..don't care about making a patient comfortable when they are scared and was very rough with the needle to sedate me

They did a cavity filling for me a year ago and when I went in last week to make an appointment they said the examination would be free, I asked MULTIPLE TIMES. To make sure, front desk lady said yes the examination would be free, and she knew I wasn't new either, i told her and she looked me up. I come in on the appointment date and they're saying 136... same ole lady. The cavity being looked at was something they did and it's giving faulty. I think they lied about it being free to get me and expected me to pay when they did a switcheroo. Then when i said it was the tooth they worked on he said the doc said it'd be free if it was within 1 year of them doing it... just save your time and money and go somewhere where they're less sketchy and more honorable. Too bad dentists today are all about money and NOT helping people.

Best dental experience I have ever had. Everyone is friendly And goes especially out of their way to make you feel like you're the most important person there. Each person I spoke with took their time with me and I really felt comfortable. If this is the norm for this dentistry then one can look forward to going to the dentist. Had oral surgery and was recommended I.needed 3 teeth remove to stop the possible infection. I ended up going to the ER with a fractured jaw and nerve damage that caused Bell's Palsy. This in turn made me loose the Job I was about to get and end up with no financing now to pay the hospital.

This has been a wonderful experience! Everyone is on the same page it seems and it's hard to find that these days. I was taken very good care of and actually left a Dentist office with a smile !!! Thank you!!!
