About the treatment itself, I have no complaints. However, I spent months receiving charges that nobody could explain why. For the new clients, I have advice: Make sure that your insurance will cover the expenses that the Aspen team "estimates'' will. Don't let them do it. Don't trust their "estimates" because you might get a surprise. The billing department is a precarious sector, and the service's price is not what they say when they want you to start treatment. Be careful. I would not have done my treatment there for all the embarrassment and inconvenience. There must be other dental clinics that adjust the price reliably.

I faced a childhood fear. I went to a dentist office. I needed to. The girl at the desk was polite. I was then taken back for my xrays by a gentleman (sorry I forget his name). He was very kind and patient with me. Then i met Lauren who gave me a gum exam. She was sweet and explained everything to me. Then I sat down with Dr Vicky. She suggested things and made recommendations. Dr Vicky was very patient with me even though I was talking so much. Understand that I faced a childhood fear today. The staff at Aspen dental made me feel at ease. Then I met the office manager Nicole Harker. So down to earth and so much fun to talk to. She broke down the cost to me on everything. Thank you to everyone at Aspen for helping this guy(in his 50's) get over his fear.

Aspen Dental is great.They have a wonderful staff of professionals who truly are concerned with my dental health. I no longer fear to see my dentist. I recommend Aspen Dental to all my family & friends.

Whole staff is very nice and welcoming. Treating every patient with care. You leave feeling like you were not taken advantage of knowing exactly what your going to get and how much everything will cost. I got my fiance to go here and he also loves the office. I 100% recommend Aspen Dental in Ocean Twp to anyone looking for a great dental experience.

Everyone in this office is Awesome...From Financial to the dentist!!! Very patient and caring. This was the best experience I have ever had at a dentist office. The dentist was great! It was over before I knew it! Looking forward to referring all of my family here!!

Unfortunately we did not experience the good side as the other reviews have said. The young Dr. Marwah evidently likes get out of work as fast as possible. After two hours of checking in, cleaning, xrays (that were *extremely* over exposed), etc- the doctor couldn't be bothered to help in any way because his shift ended before the examination process had begun. So instead he listed all the incredibly expensive procedures (30-60k) and said to reschedule. Why bother scheduling appointments at 3pm if you have no intentions of trying to help the patients in my opinion. The only blessing that occurred was a wonderful person stepped in after the doctor left and provided information on a different facility that might actually help. Additionally, no medications provided such an antibiotics or pain relievers to get through until the next visit. I am not against Aspen Dental in any way as they may have several other wonderful Dentists, however we were unfortunate to get the one we had. Thank you.

After one month my bottom immediate denture still won't stay in. Had second soft reline done still can't talk they say I have to wait at least 3 more months before I can have my permanent dentures,which I hope fit better than these or I don't know what I will do. I love the staff just not the product

The experience was horrific. In pain for more than three weeks. Lots of swelling. Not willing to give antibiotics if needed. I would not recommend this place.

I regret not coming here from the beginning. After going through 3 dentists for ungodly pricing,horrible bedside manner and lack of communication I was running out of time.I did a Google search, seen Aspen Dental, and decided to try one more time and see what they are about. I had my appointment this morning and my experience was so awesome that I signed up got all the work that I needed done,ready and paid for.They saved me around $2000.00 on pricing. Their staff is fantastic and I just had a great time and look forward to getting my work needed done there.I would recommend Aspen to anyone. They are there to help you any way possible and are very competitive on pricing. This is place is how any dental service should be done.
