I showed up unexpectedly at 7:00 when the office opened, because I had a shattered tooth. The receptionist couldn't book me directly but gave me a number to call. When I called around 8:30, the lady that I talked with couldn't be more helpful. Got me in as a walk-in that same day!! The service that I received was way above the bar that I expected it to be. Very helpful and courteous staff. As a person who doesn't have a regular dentist in Florida and having recently moved here, I would highly recommend them! Very thorough but not pushy. From receptionist, X-ray Tech, hygienist, doctor, and office manager- I have no complaints!!

For those with dental anxiety -- (10/12/22: Kudos to the woman standing in for financials/planning, the receptionist, Kadian and Dr. Desai) - Honestly, this visit was one of the best experiences at a dental office. I came in knowing I would have to have a lot of work done so I was prepared for the worst. In the past, I've had dentists comment on the state of my teeth and generally made me feel worse about it. This gave me severe anxiety for going back to any dentist since it has happened at multiple. This visit was wonderful! Absolutely everyone made me feel welcome and it was strictly about business of how we were going to move forward to fix my teeth and what I needed to do. There was no shaming and that was my biggest issue with going to the dentist. The wonderful woman standing in for the financials/planning. She was brilliant and made me feel comfortable discussing financials and issues with my insurance (we recently switched). The lady at the front desk was friendly and determined to get answers from my insurance, which I appreciate more than she knows. My technician, Kadian, was amazing. Friendly, professional, and completely put me at ease with the whole experience. Of course, my dentist Dr. Desai was fantastic as well. Professional and friendly with absolutely no shaming. My plan was made quickly and efficiently. The only negative I can say about my entire experience was the wait time (so heads up to anyone who has anxiety. Make sure to have something to distract yourself with), but that is not on the staff. It was my first time there and with insurance issues it took longer than expected. Plus, they were busy and doing great under the circumstances. So, 100% appreciation for the staff and their work. I have found my dentist office. :)

Wonderful Dental Office! Restored my faith in dentists! Very friendly atmosphere, Dr. and Staff very easy to listen to, the exray tech very personable and the lady substituting for Selene....made the credit/payments option "painless" I think I found my Dentist! And they cater to cowards like me! Great business! S. Smith

Assembly line dentistry at it's worst. Filthy dirty waiting rooms. Nothing is properly explained. Just hurry hurry hurry. I was given an RX mouth rinse with NO Printed instructions for use.

I had a terrific experience at Aspen Dental. From the super fun and knowledge front office staff to the clinical staff, everyone was warm and welcoming. Going to the dentist can cause worry and anxiety, but the Ocala staff went out of their way to help put my mind at ease. I needed quite a bit of work and I was worried about finances; the team worked with me to develop a plan of care that allowed me to get the care I needed without having to break the bank. Thanks Aspen Dental!! Heather

I feel they force you to pay to get on the appointment list. They take you through the whole examination. Which take several hours. Then they take you back to the green room. Then back to the clerk. Then tell you what it's going to cost. Then want you pay. Then reschedule you. I expected better.

Great first time experience! Everyone was very welcoming and friendly! I didn't have insurance and they worked with me on a small payment plan for the work I needed done for a great price! How awesome is that! 10/10 recommend!

Won't fix my tooth on my dentures that are 7 years old. Didn't even let me come in for an appointment to check them. I was told they won't even touch. So I call Affordable dentures and they got me right in and fixed my tooth . Very happy with them and the price was great $130.

I've purchased3 sets of dentures from this company the most expensive ones that were supposed to be the best broke in half 3 different times they replaced them those broke and I had to buy a new pair same top of the line dentures have broke now for the third time receptionists was very indifferent will not be going back to them .

Staff is fantastic but a little disappointed that a bridge that cost $4,000 in 2018 is now loose and they are charging me again for the same thing saying they have to prove and replace.. another $4,000 so costly even with great insurance.!
