The worst dental experience I had. They charged me for deep cleaning upfront $850 and they rescheduled my prepaid appointment 3 times, eventually canceled without contacting me and never gave my money back. Would never go back there.

The visit was as well as it can be when you visit the dentist. Lol . Dr. King was great along with Beyonce. I just have to come up with the money to get the future work done. I would recommend them for dental service. Experience but good.

Aspen Dental was so good they are helping me get the smile I've always wanted if anybody asked me where they should go to get a dentist appointment I would send them to Aspen Dental

My experience with Aspen dental was absolutely the best experience I've had, at a dental office, the staff was warm, and assuring. My dental hygienist Bethany explained everything to me in a way that I could understand, once I arrived my appointment went quickly, they are very efficient. Dr. Andrew made me feel calm explaining the process plus he gave me options which made feel at ease. Michelle was the last person I saw, she gave great options of how I could pay for my dental procedures. Overall my experience was Great! I would recommend this office to family and friends

Got me in the office for my appointment on time and without issue. Treatment and surgery went smooth as possible back at work 2hrs later after 2 extractions. First class team you have there.

Homosassa one was very expensive and does NOT accept Medicaid. It would've been $359 to fix my tooth one small tooth

Please read if you need a procedure done, and you're looking for an honest and experienced dentist. I've been going to Dr. Roa at Aspen for almost two years now and I'm so glad I found her. I get extremely nervous at the dentist and ask alot of questions, and Dr. Roa has never hesitated to take the time to explain and educate me on every step of my procedure...it can be from something as simple as a cleaning, to as complicated as my most recent tooth implant. In the last year Dr. Roa and her assistant Marjorie completed an extraction, bone graft, and implant for me, and each procedure has been flawless. I've left every vist feeling so at ease and satisfied. What a great team, and what an experience!

Have attempted to call multiple times over the span of 2 weeks with no call back. They asked to reschedule my appt via email and I obliged and requested they call me back to reschedule but they didn't. I left 4 messages over the span of 2 weeks and I when I finally got a hold of someone I have to wait 2 more months to have my teeth cleaned and a cavity filled when I was kind enough to give my spot when I didn't have to. Then I asked for a call back and was dismissed by the person answering the phone. Their customer service is awful and they don't follow through. In my profession we can have legal action brought against us for not returning patient calls. Terrible terrible place. I left once before because of it and thought it would get better 8 years later, but it isn't. TERRIBLE experience and also reported to BBB. Also, when you call their number they post on all the reviews it goes right to saying "sorry, all of our representatives are currently busy. Please try your call again later." But it continually happens. It's a fake customer service response and they need to be reported for fraud. They also have excess money from my previous appt never reimbursed back to me. And their fake reply number below tells you all customer associates are busy and doesn't allow for messages. Fake all around. Also edited to add: After months the money they owe is suddenly reimbursed, but yet I have not received a call back from them. YOU ARE AN AWFUL company and should not be allowed to perform patient care or make money off of people who you actually don't treat like people. DISGUSTING practices.

Do not get anything done at Aspen Dental ThThey do not back up their work got a crown done along with alot other work month or 2 later it Fell off they glued it back couple months later fell off again A total of eight times of it falling off 3red time I went to other Dentist who were gluing it back on but they said it will never hold now I'm haven to repay some one esle who is wayyyyy better to fix there screw up ... there Manger is a joke to as well nothing but Excuses!!! It's been a problem since day 1 was not good work been dealing with it for awhile now and they don't wanna do nothing bout it ..
