My first appointment with Aspen Dental went great! Everyone was efficient yet not rushed and I felt comfortable the whole time. Andrea ,Tonya and Dr. Walker-Smith were very professional and friendly..... Thanks,. Harold Galyon

The organizations office management's lack of transparency and inability to follow their own policies is the reason for the 1 star. My wife and I received service in Jan 2022 and were told that our out-of-pocket estimate would be $1600 for me and $800 for my wife. After our insurance paid a much higher portion, our balance was -800 for me and -400 for my wife. Despite their policy of refunding credits within 60 days, neither of us were told about the credit. When we came for a follow-up in June, we were told "no charges". I assumed insurance covered the cost. No, our credit had. It was only after our 3rd visit when I requested a statement, that I discovered they had been holding my money in credit for over 10 months. Nobody at the office seemed to have any idea why or how it happened. It seemed to be a standard business practice for them. If you use Aspen Dental, request a ledger printout each and every time. You too may have a large credit on your account that they aren't telling you about.

I have been blessed to have insurance to pursue much needed dental work. Not having a dentist I chose to visit Aspen Dental. It was enjoyable. Everyone seemed to enjoy being there. The receptionist Armina took my information, it was quick and through. I sat for a moment and then my journey began. The dental assistant, Dawson proceeded to do the xray and filled out the questions from the ipad that I couldn't do myself. She was quick at what she does with a calm helpful spirit. I also had help from Andrea the hygienist. The end of my journey was with Lindsay the treatment coordinator. It felt so wonderful to have a plan to give me better health and a confident smile. Thank you everyone, for a remarkable experience. Dr. Hilliard can have confidence in this team. Looking forward to working on our plan.

Very disheartening that the staff was not communicating with each other so they were upset with me each time I called having to repeat myself.... They told me no issue in taking care of my bill ... but never did so when I called again they still had no communication with each other on the matter . So disappointed because they were very kind and I thought they were going to take care of me in the future . I honestly have been going thru family emergency after family emergency so not having sympathy for that either is very disappointing they dismissed me for no real professional reason other than own business mistakes they made.

Aspen Dental in Oak Ridge is amazing! I had a scare and they were able to emergency schedule me an appointment for first thing the next morning. The entire staff was remarkably pleasant and phenomenal from the moment I walked in to the moment I left. The receptionist Armina was very sweet and welcoming. The dental assistants Dawson, Destiney, and Hayley were all very pleasant and accommodating. The hygienist Andrea and Dr. Hilliard were very knowledgeable and put many of my worries at ease. Lastly the treatment coordinators Tonya and Lindsay laid out my treatment plan in an easy to read format and worked around my job and school schedule so that future appointments won't interfere. Overall I am very pleased with my experience and can honestly say I'm almost excited to see the dentist!

My mother Bobbie Armes visited Aspen dental. She was very happy with the service. The staff there was very pleasant and helpful. Highly recommended and got a very nice price for what services she is getting. Only dentist she found that would get her started in a reasonable amount of time. Plus they are open early and close late which works great with her schedule.

My dentures don't fit they hurt when I wear them. They tried to make adjustment to the lowers at least 5 times. I have left messages for months for management to call me back for there refund policy. Still paying finance company. Thank you I will call them Fri 9/10

Great experience! Very personable staff, personal connections and positive dialogue. Feels so good to know that they ALL care about your dental care, and become super excited for great personal hygiene! Enjoyed every minute if my visit!! See you soon .....

Great experience! All the way from reception to treatment planning. Friendly staff who took time to listen to what I needed and worked out a plan with me. Don't go anywhere else. Go here. I am self conscious and they made me feel welcome and comfortable.
