I showed up at the correct time and was showing them to one of the rooms for getting my mouth measured for my denture. The receptionists were very polite and quick to assist all the incoming Patients. The doctors came in and cheerfully greeted me, he was very gentle as he treated me for a toothache. I will be definitely going back.

PERFECT! In the Past, I was not treated very well by other dental offices, I was backed in a corner with a chip on my shoulder when I came to the Oak Creek Aspen Dental Office, I had horrible experiences with other dental offices- ASPEN DENTAL treated me like a King, I was given top priority for my issue's as I am a professional that likes and needs to smile. They honored their warrantee as I had a problem coming onto a year for my dental work, they immediately took care of me fixing my issue and made me feel like I was important- I have nothing to say except- Thank you Oak Creek Aspen Dental- you are wonderful and I am glad you are around for me and others- The Manager Samantha was a perfect 5 star manager, taking up an added cost in their own pocket not mine- That speaks leadership and quality customer service- Thank you Oak Creek Aspen Dental- You Rock!- God Bless You...

Had an appointment on the books for 6 months for a cleaning before I deployed overseas. Because I missed a phone call while I was working at some point in those 6 months they canceled my appointment without telling me. And their next availability was 5 months out. Terrible business practice. Will not be going back.

do not go too they scam and double dip we paid full paymant for lower teeth in cash and my insurance paid for the upper teeth and they trying to say we still owe 680 on it when its all paid for

Love it here! They are always so friendly, and very receptive to people's fear of the dentist. I also love how easy it is for them to communicate pricing, I never feel like I'm being swindled.

This place is amazing, staff was so friendly, caring. Came in for an emergency toothache and they got me in right away. Explained everything before doing anything and we're very helpful with my insurance letting me know there would be no charge today if they didn't except my insurance. Found out what my issue was and helped me schedule the follow up. Thank you Dr Ali, Jenna, Hailey and Sam I'm so grateful to you all. Will definitely let all my friends and family know if they need a good dentist office they know where to go.

went there in pain left in pain was told i would have to pay 720.00 for a deep cleaning before anything would be done, rude girl working the front. its all about your money go to a place that cares if your in pain they do not but will take your money

I went to Aspen Dental for basic teeth cleaning and exams, because my old family dentist was too far out. I liked how quick the Aspen Dental scheduling team was able to get me in the next day as other dental places in Oak Creek were booked out until July and September. However, fair warning be prepared to spend 2 hours during your first visit. The first hour was basic exams and I had multiple X-rays done on my teeth and met the owner, who went over my exam and results. The owner was pretty nice. However after the owner left the room I was told to go back to the waiting room and talk to the scheduling team to get re-schedule for my teeth cleaning and follow ups. I found this process to be odd as my previous family dentist would just finish my exams, cleaning and fillings all in one session. I had to wait another 30 minutes until the hygienist was available to clean my teeth. Finally, I met the hygienist and I felt like she was in a rush as she quickly cleaned my teeth in 15-20 minutes. Additionally, they were not able to complete my fillings so I will have to return back another day to finish. I'm hoping to give this place a higher rating on my next visit because it is so close to my house.
