My daughter had an 8am Monday appointment. After sitting in the office for 10 minutes, the receptionist said that my appointment was cancelled because the dental hygienist called out. There were 5 other people sitting in the office, and none of their appointments were cancelled. I can't believe they just have 1 dental hygienist in the entire office (I'm sure they're don't). There should be a back up hygienist when one of them calls out. It's terrible. I had to reschedule my daughter's morning school day and my work day, to be told there is no hygienist that can take care of her. And the only answer they can give is, "Can we reschedule you for Wednesday?" like I have all the time in the world. That's it. Terrible scheduling, terrible communication, terrible customer service. I've given Aspen Dental the benefit of the doubt. Once they scheduled my daughter's appointment on a day the office was closed. I drove all the way there to find the lights off. Terrible, terrible. I definitely won't reschedule, and I'll definitely find a new dentist. This place is definitely over rated.

The staff is sweet and amazing at their jobs. They work with you if you can't afford much and are supportive through the whole process.

I have never been made to feel more comfortable and cared for by a dental practice! I chose Aspen after going through a traumatic experience over a period of months with another office. I had become depressed and believed that there was no hope in my situation. All at Aspen had me smiling and laughing and when I left I had a plan of care in place which finally ends my suffering. Who do you know that walks out of the dentist office wearing a huge smile? Me, that's who!

Love this office! Dr. Berwick is an amazing dentist and such a joy to spend the appointment with. She is very relatable and makes me laugh through the entire appointment, distracting me from any dental anxiety that I may have otherwise had. Everyone who works here is so professional, welcoming and approachable. I'm already looking forward to my next appointment!

I cannot stop smiling! Dr. Berwick's work is impeccable. She cares so much for her patients and in every detail of her practice, and it shows! I have never experienced more professionalism and a welcoming, kind bedside manner from a healthcare professional! I wish I could give more stars! The entire staff is so friendly, and I've received the best deep cleanings here that I have ever received. I will never go to another dentist again. I recommend Dr. Berwick and her team to anyone who values remarkable patient service and wants a life-changing smile!

The entire staff is so professional and kind and they make something that is typically unpleasant, an enjoyable experience. I felt instantly comfortable with Dr. Berwick and am very happy with the work I had done. I wish I could give ten stars!

The worst people i've ever talk to, they cancel an elderly who is in pain bec they were over book. Literally, called me last week to confirm the appointment and has an email to prove it. The staff Samara and the office manager Crystal are so rude and has no sympathy to elderly who is in pain. I even told them that the lady is their patient and had tooth xray already and they sill want to do another xray, bec she is an elderly who cant defend themselves , this is an elderly abuse. This place is a joke!!! Better get a local dentist who will treat you like a human being. Dr. Berwick has to do something about your staff or even the owner of this place. Dont go to this palce.

Aspen Dental was great! The Dr was very good and performed surgery on me . Her assistant was very good also answering all my questions and asking me comfortable. I would definitely go back to Aspen and recommend them to you!

I have gone twice to this place (so far) with a laundry list of side effects and conditions that can make dental work difficult. All times the entire staff was there to support me. They answered all of my questions, handled all my concerns, and were super upfront and clear about my treatment plan. When I had a side effect from one of the injections, they all jumped into action and made sure I was ok and safe. Not to mention every single person I've spoken to is just friendly, kind, and chatted with me about my life when they sensed I was nervous. Dr. Berwick, Deshanti, & Crystal (amongst many others) are fantastic at what they do and I would recommend going here to anyone who may be anxious about dental work.

My visit to Aspen In Norwalk, CT was the best dental experience I've ever had. Each person , I was in contact with - the front desk, the x-ray technician, the dentist, the hygienist and the office manager, were very friendly and welcoming. Not only did they all calm any nerves, I'll dare say I even had fun! I highly recommend this practice.
