Never even made it to the appointment The woman was so rude on the phone and was constantly talking over me I had already made the appointment the day before she was calling to confirm the appointment and giving me a long lecture and telling me they probably won't be able to fix your problem which is a filling being out the first time you have to go in have a consultation and then let them set up a work guide for you I told her I just needed my tooth fixed now and we would work through the rest of later but every time I would try to speak she would talk over me so I hung up on her and found another dentist I'm so glad I had this experience with her because the fruit does not fall far from the tree if you know my meaning.I called back to cancel my appointment The lady answered and told me that she had already canceled it for me I was like wow. So to make a long story short beware of this dentistry and do your research and read the reviews.

Another great visit with this location! From the front desk to end of my appointment, everyone was friendly and efficient. Kee Kee was very thorough and made my visit comfortable.

Aspen Dental (1376 rt. 17) of N. Myrtle Beach is the best local dentist you can ask for. Their whole team is friendly, supportive and will really work with you to find an affordable solution to any dental work you may need. I'm grateful for them, and would recommend them to anyone in need of affordable and caring service

4th time trying to get my crowns fitted properly. I had no idea what to expect with crowns and wish I had had a better consultation. I had to explain I didn't opt for bucked teeth. Be your own advocate people.

They try to PRE-CHARGE their patients for services they have not performed, which is technically fraud. They are attempting to charge for services they have not provided. Go elsewhere.

Called the Myrtle beach Sc Aspen Dental at 9:00 am for an emergency appointment due to toothache. Was told they had no appointment at that office but Murrells Inlet Office had a 330 appointment. So I booked the appointment. This office is a 45 min drive but needed appointment for today if possible. At 1145 I received a missed call from Murrells Inlet office but no message was left, I called back Murrells Inlet and left a message on the answering machine. I didn't receive a call back so I called a second time and received the answering machine again. I drove 45 minutes to Murrells inlet for my appointment and was told by receptionist that they couldn't see me today. I said but I have an appointment and receptionist said, "scheduling makes appointments but that doesn't mean that the dentist can see you, what? I explained I tried to call twice to confirm and she said, "she hasn't got to any messages yet" Terrible Customer Service, now it's to late in the day to see any other dentist. Another night with a throbbing toothache!

Great experience at all level From coming in the front and greeted to taking the x-rays and having the dentist taking care of my issues. The hygienist doing the analysis for the cleaning Last checking out by a very well knowledgeable customer service representative. They are great team in my book. Thanks again Bruce Andrews

Scam. They will try to sell you smth you don't need. Didn't get any help. Told me they gave no capacity to figure out what's wrong with my tooth and that I need to visit a different doctor. but still charged the consultation fee

Everyone there from front desk to the dentist are very kind, helpful, respectful and take the time with each patient no matter what it is to be sure your need is met and your satisfied before they move on. I have nothing but great things to say about each and everyone of them. I would recommend them to any friend or family for every service they provide.
