Worst customer service. Be aware that they will charge you for unnecessary service. I went there for first time and they gave me a list of plans and visits that would cost $3000 after my insurance. Since I knew this can't be right I went to different dental care and all I needed to do cost me $66 .

Aspen took weeks to complete my mother's partial. They scheduled a day it would be ready, 4 weeks out, and when she went to the appointment they had no record of her being scheduled. When she complained about the lack of accountability, the staff became rude. Today, when she picked up the partial, 7 weeks after the initial visit, they thought she was there for x-rays. I would not recommend Aspen for elderly patients.

Things were just fine. The only thing I didn't like was having to wait so long for my teeth. Also I'm going to have to finance the rest of the money I owe.

It's been the best experience I've had yet out of all the dental locations I've been. As they were going through the procedures they were talking to me about it letting me know what was up as they were doing x-rays they were talking to me about it when I had to wait they explained why I was waiting and I never had to wait more than two and a half minutes if that when I first walked in they had me seen and 10-15 minutes but I had paperwork to fill out they all had a bright smile and they all were nice they tried to help as best as possible I'd recommend this to anyone and everyone

Would never go back to the one in north Little Rock Ar. Went in to get tooth pulled 3days ago and the dentist gave me a bunch of shots to numb my mouth and started trying to pull it before it was numb. Then gave me more shots and immediately started trying to extract it again and still was not numb. Ended up giving me more shots the third time then waited 15 minutes and then was able to pull my tooth. It doesn't hurt where she pulled my tooth but 3 days later it hurts to eat or drink because the side and under my tongue hurts so bad from all the injections she made. I will never go back or refer anyone to go there.

I recently moved to the area and am posting under an alt for broader privacy reasons. In moving, I let my care lapse for a year, and decided to give Aspen a try as my new dentist. In my first visit, they took about sixteen X-rays (insurance gets billed!), and told me that they showed I had a major periodonitis problem. They suggested a fancy treatment that would cost me a thousand dollars out of pocket, even though I have insurance. With a lifetime of no dental problems, I was skeptical. I went to get a second opinion, who told me that my gums were fine and I did not have a bone loss problem, and I did not need a very expensive treatment. I'm not a dental professional, and I suppose it is possible that this is an honest mistake. Maybe even by the new guys! However, my opinion on the facts is that I don't have a problem. My opinion (as to motivation and intent, unknowable) is that Aspen knowingly pushed an expensive solution to a non-problem on me so they could make more money. I guess if my teeth start falling out in the next year, my opinion will turn out to have been completely wrong and I will update with an apology. For now, I do not trust this provider, will not come back, and recommend you also do not visit them. Unethical behavior deserves harsh consequences.

The staff was friendly and so welcoming. There were even others that were helping from the other Aspen Dental locations who were just as amazing!! I would certainly recommend them to anyone and look forward to establishing my dental care here moving forward.

I had two wisdom teeth removed...Dr. Patel was super sweet and professional. She explained in detail what work I needed. The entire staff is friendly and understanding of anyone with anxiety when it comes to the dentist. I would definitely recommend the NLR location to anyone needing work done.

While in NLR (I live 3 hours away), helping my daughter move into my mom's house, I was having AWFUL tooth pain. I had been dealing with it now and then since early May, thinking I had brushed too hard and irritated my gums. These past 3 days have been horrible and I swear the heat and humidity have made it hurt worse. I ended up going to Aspen Dental in NLR for urgent dental care. My regular dentist is off until after the 4th of July and i knew i needed something done before the 5th. I saw Dr. Bui. She said I have cracked my tooth and bacteria got in, damaged the gums and I had a lot of bone loss. She pulled my tooth. The worst part was the shot to numb the root. I asked her if the root went to the tips of my toes because that is what it felt like. LOL I like my doctors to have a sense of humor. She does. If I lived in NLR still, I would definitely be a regular patient. Now I have this gap in the back and my tongue keeps flopping around in it because it doesn't know what to do with the extra space. I'm not hurting anymore thank the Lord. I would recommend this clinic and Dr. Bui. They are very professional and friendly, worked me in for urgent care without an appointment and took care of the problem in a timely manner.
