RUN!!! Do not go here for any dental work. Brought my son in for his initial visit (x-rays and exam). I specifically asked does my son need to have his antibiotics due to his heart condition, and I was told no. Get to the exam and the dentist wanted to do a more thorough exam, but since my son didn't have his medication he couldn't. Dentist never once asked about my son's heart condition or steps needed to protect him from endocarditis (heart infection). Get to the financial person about the treatment program and all they could care about is the money. Not a lack of empathy in this place. We have two dental insurances so I am not caring about money, but how my son would be treated. Will NEVER go back!!!!!!

Staff is Absolutely Amazing, very Kind, Courteous, Informative, and patient. Doctors are a setting the example, you can tell they set the standard and the rest of the office follows. Will recommend to anyone searching for a Dental Office.

To say I was Not happy or impressed is an understatement. This was our first appointment here. My son was born with a Congenital Heart Defect and requires medication prior to the dentist...we were told that he did NOT need the medication as no invasive works were to be done, only X-rays, visual exam and consultation. Well, he didn't get the full exam especially by the Hygienist because she could not do the probing cause he was not medicated. The dentist we saw NEVER really asked about my son's medical history, and if I did bring up a concern it was brushed off. The dentist told me he understood my concerns because he had a friend with a heart defect. (Totally NOT the same thing). When the dentist was done, he said he was going to draw up the game plan for my son....well, the game plan was not explained until we got to the financial/insurance person...and let me tell you about her...Rude and no compassion, was very agitated with me if I asked questions. Basically, what the dentist told me and drew up didn't match and when I asked questions, she said didnt you ask the dentist? And YES, I did ask. My son asked about his treatment being done in one session, she said Yes we can do that and scheduled him. Because of the time needed, I asked her if the antibiotics he needed was enough for that sitting or if he needed more. She said she didn't know and had to ask the dentist. When she came back she said his treatment could NOT be done in one session, and no one would do it for him in that office...my problem with this is had I not asked about the antibiotic we would have left thinking all was well and the treatment was being done at one time. It was just a very stressful visit and I really don't feel comfortable with them taking care of my son who has HUGE medical problems with his heart. I honestly felt as though the financial aspect was more important to them then the care and treatment of my son.

Once I got in the back. I really like the dental staff. They were super friendly. Especially the dental assistant. She let me know what to expect from each person I saw. Great experience! I'm looking forward to my treatment. No dental insurance so it's pretty pricey like everything else.

The reservation process was easy but the wait to be seen for my appointment long. The person who did my X-rays was fantastic. The doctor was charming BUT then I was ushered to the financial department where I found out it would cost 22k for having one tooth pulled and 3 implants. This is where they make their money. I was encouraged to apply for credit where I was approved for 1k. Lol. I left with a prescription for antibiotics and a broken tooth which was the reason for the visit. Once I made mention of implants everything shifted to that. No thanks

I just want to thank my dental tech and Alessa from the financial department. I was panicking about what exactly I was having done as well as cost. With the both of them working together to ease my concerns. My visit went well. Thanks again. Mrs. Legare

Paid over $6000, on top of insurance, promises of the best and 9 months later, I still don't have anything that fits or I can use, and now when they can't seem to get anything right, they offer me $2000 as a refund, to go somewhere else, EVEN FORGETTING THAT MY INSURANCE IS REIMBURSING ME THAT OVERPAYMENT. SHADY, SLACK, AND FULL OF PROMISES THEY CANT KEEP!!! I'm contacting my lawyer! This is UNACCEPTABLE AND UNETHICAL PRACTICES! ***CORRECTION, I HAVE NOT BEEN TO THIS OFFICE. I am getting the 100% slack service from the Summerville office. Michelle, my wife called your office yesterday and some with Heather. Dustin left a message this morning for me to call him, but he can deal with my wife or our attorney. Heather told my wife that either you or her would call her back today or tomorrow, after you review my case. -KF

Don't walk...Run from this place! I went for a simple filling and could not be more sorry.I had 2 small fillings needed to be done total.I am in a lot of pain and was never in pain prior to going to this place. Now I can't eat or drink without wanting to cry.Don't let the free x rays lure you in.They purposefully drilled a tooth that was fine just to make more money.Dr.Overstreet hurt me with the needle so bad my jaw feels broken.I've had all 4 wisdom teeth pulled in my 20's and had no pain after and a couple fillings.I know what it's suppose to feel like after.I have never felt like this about a practice.I paid people to hurt me.They are not sorry.I had to go to another dentist to fix what they did.I now have more problems than I started with. You have been warned!

I called Aspen Dental the evening before with what I thought was an emergency. Fortunately, they had an available appointment for the very next morning. I had never been seen at Aspen Dental, but I was surely surprised at what I learned when I arrived. I was put right at ease upon my arrival. You hear a lot of companies speak of working as a 'Team'; however, today I was able to watch a 'Real Team' in practice! Other companies should use this company as an "Example" of what a Real Team should look/work like. From the receptionist, the Lab Tech, the dentist and his assistant, through to the Financial Dept and what's more is that each of these persons had 'me' right in the center of all their attention!!! I would definitely recommend this office to anyone in need of a genuine and kind service.

DO NOT GO HERE!! This place is a scam, and the people who work here are extremely rude. I waited over an hour for my appointment, and then was belittled and rude comments were made as to why it had been so long since I'd been to the dentist. I didn't feel comfortable going back, so I made an appointment at a different dental office. That office wanted my xray's, so when I called and asked for them I was lied to as to why they couldn't give them to me. I then called to discuss a charge on my account, and asked for my results before paying the charge. They gave me a hard time saying I would have been told them there (which I wasn't), so I asked them to email my results and the another rude woman said she wouldn't email my results until I paid. Also, I'd like to point out that they lied about the amount of work I needed, so thank god I trusted my instincts and went and got a second opinion from a different dental office.

When I arrived at Aspen Dental I had a toothache so I was frustrated. Leah, Angel, Trina and Robin were very helpful to me. They assisted me in a positive polite manner. When I met Dr. Overstreet he was calming and assured me that my needs would be met. I am so happy I decided to choose them to provide my dental services. I am going to recommend them to family and friends.

Went to Aspen after being dissatisfied from a different dentist. Everyone was kind, work was done fast and they helped with everything I needed. The staff that helped me Tina, Clarissa and Marge were awesome. They did not let me leave until I was happy!!!! Dr Overstreet was also great and had almost no pain after teeth pulling. Highly recommend to everyone!!!
