Friendly staff. Worked WITH me on a payment plan so I can get this done as I have NO insurance and have a low paying job. Additional note. The work I had done took four visits. Everyone on their staff was friendly as well as professional. Due to pain unrelated to the procedure, they would stop and let me stretch when I needed to. I didn't ask them about this before my last visit with them. As a result I had very bad headaches that could have been avoided had I asked them sooner. + clean facility + knowledgeable staff + professional + friendly + payment plans Now for the minus's - none For they didn't give me a reason to complain.

My 1st initial visit was very pleasant, staff was enjoyable. Everything was explained to me for my upcoming appointment. My only issue is the finance company I was approved for further dental work. They have called me 3 times about payment and I didn't even have work done. My insurance covered my initial visit.

Was briefed by DentL assistant the the Dental Doctor s Arrived. Now I chose not yo ve put under cause of financial reasons. Do I decided to be awake and get xhot up w novacain by the Dentist and I whe. He stuck that long needle kn mh mouth which is the toughest abc usually the most painful part of getting tooth attractions Well my Dentist was Asian not sure of his Name I did asked how long he had bee out I f Drbtal School. He replied, " 15 yes. And his experienced showed he hit the right spots w the needle and it took 30 minutes. At most to take out 6 teeth and my teeth was level to my gums and I felt "ZERO" PAIN WOW! Dentist sent prescriptions via online to Krogers which was Conviently a block away cost me $.13 cents for Amoxacillian ibprophen and Hydrocodene and now I'm af home just took out the gauseput in my mouth prior to leaving to stop the bleeding took my medication and I feel pretty good that Dentist knew what he was doing " Thanxs Doc !!! And to the rest of the staff that was professional and very informative to my questions and needs I was very impressed w the Aspen Experience and I'm very happy that I chose to save money doing the old fashion way and not having pain when being stabbed w the novacaine needleit did not happen once not 1 times got to wait till January 1st to get the rest of the teeth removed and I'll be ready to get a set of New Teeth for $ 50.00 per visit totaling $100.00 not sure what the Dentures w cost but it's not too much more. Dr. Key is an exceptional young man. He is a first class dentist, a patient listener. He genuinely wants to make his patients feel comfortable and confident that they are getting the best treatment. The office staff is courteous and helpful.

This place overcharged and never got his teeth right. He died as a result of not being able to eat enough.

The beginning of my visit was good, but they made a turn for the worst experience I had at an dentist office. Schedule appointments made without consulting first, appointment cancelled didn't receive text ,call or email. Had to redo molding of teeth three times. Not a happy customer.

If it was up to me I'll give this place 0 stars I don't hate aspen dental the company as a whole its just this particular office because of the dentist that works there. The doctor's name is Dr. Key and he's somewhat new to denistry he is very slow when it comes to seeing patients in a timely matter. I know someone who currently works in that office and I believe evwry word she's telling me about this dentist. So if you want a inexperienced slow moving doctor that'll have you in the office an hour up to an hour and a half after your original appointment time then come on down to aspen dental on Knox Ave. in SC.

My wife and I have had nothing but a hard time dealing with this office and their billing after our appointments on 12/30/21. My pregnant wife was billed over $300 for x-rays she didn't receive. They didn't send necessary info to my insurance so after I paid over $300 (was told that's my total out of pocket) for my procedure (perio scaling), I received a bill for $350 more. I called the insurance found out the office messed up, notified the office. All fixed right? Wrong. I just received another bill for the same date of service, and now it's mysteriously $65 more than the last time? So incredibly stressful and frustrating. The actual dental work itself wasn't bad, though no one explained the procedure that was recommended to me, nor it's apparent real cost, until during the procedure when I asked about what they're doing and why. The technician was professional and courteous. UPDATE: Went back into the location today to speak with office manager. They weren't there, so the treatment coordinator helped. She was kind and understanding of my frustrations. She couldn't tell me why things hadn't been taken care of the first time my wife and I called about our issues, but she did sort them out right there in front of me. I'll be awaiting a call back to confirm our account balance is 0 as it should be. Moral of the story, triple check your bill UPDATE: Received a call saying they are still working on it -_-
