I rescheduled my apt at 3pm, at the Norman location for my invisaligns. Originally at OKC location. Retainer was at OKC location ended up having to wait until 5pm because retainer was at wrong location.

Aspen Dental in Norman OK got me in very quickly and everyone there was professional, knowledgeable, and put me at ease. They were friendly and were able to answer every question I had.

My daughter had her filling in one decayed tooth falling out on last Friday and I scheduled an appointment of the early next Monday morning for her. In case that they don't take insurance, I call to confirm intentionally on Saturday afternoon and got positive answer. However, when we arrived there in the early morning, we were told they didn't take the insurance. The front receptionist only said sorry they didnt take it and attributed this mistake to call center's ignorance of it. I had to leave and bring my daughter to her school and explained to her teacher, then I tried to find another office to care for her tooth. Very bad experience!

The staff at this facility if the absolute best. They are not only professional but they are kind friendly and seem to genuinely care for you. They have nothing but your best interest in mind. I went in super nervous. They put me at ease and I was able to relax and get everything taken care of. Dr. Patel has got to be hands down the best dentist I have ever been to. Professional, courteous, kind and quick. I definitely recommend going her if your looking for a dentist. They are hands down the best.

I had an appointment at the Norman Clinic 8/20/22 as always, the staff are polite and courteous. I will say my dental assistant was one of the best I have every had at any dental office about (6). She was extremely knowledgeable and made you feel good about being in a dental office, looking forward to my next appointment. Her name is Jessie. Thank You, Lemuel Martin

Great check in and staff is knowledgeable and very communicative. Hygienist is great has the best touch in my mouth. Very calming to have teeth cleaned. No high pressure to sell things, which is why I left the last dental group. I am very happy with Aspen dental

The staff was professional but fun. They scheduled me for my introduction visit and managed to get me in for my cleaning the very same day. I appreciate their caring for my time and making things easy. Additionally, my dental hygienist was personable and a delight to talk to. I would recommend.

I just drove in from Houston for training and while flossing I pulled out my filling, I panicked of course. I reached out to Aspen Dental and upon my arrival in a panicked state, I was met with the best staff who assured me I would be taken care of. I arrived 15 minutes before closing, however, I was seen the next day. My filling was filled in a professional setting with outstanding customer service!!!!! Thank you for your patience, understanding and expedited service!!!!!

That was the best experience I'd had at a dentist so far. Every single person I talked to was so polite and kind. They were very thorough without taking up a ton of my time and made the visit go extremely smoothly. They also didn't bat an eye at me being a trans woman with a wife which was wonderful given the state that I currently live in. I'd like to thank the one named Rochelle in particular for helping me out on the financial side and also just for being an awesome person. My wife is immunocompromised and I wear a mask everywhere to keep her safe and when she walked into her office to greet me, she stopped at the door and quickly asked me if I'd prefer that she wear a mask which was a wonderful thing to me. When I was looking for a dentist, my father told me that this is where I needed to go and he was right because I don't plan to go anywhere else until my wife and I move out of state.

These are the nicest professionals I have ever run across. This was a stressful situation yet I felt like everyone involved in my treatment was a personal cheerleader, encouraging and reassuring me through each phase.
