My visit with Aspen Dental on yesterday was a delightful experience! Did not feel the needle used on my gums and the extractions were done quickly! The staff and doctor treated me as if they knew me personally. I've had several visits over the year and the experiences were aways the same! When visiting a doctor, especially a dentist, this kind of experience: attention and treatment, is vital to your whole person! Thanks!!!

One star only because I can't do less. My experience started at the end of 2019 with different doctors and office staff, it was horrible. Fast forward to today, new doctors and office staff and still horrible. All I'll say is DON'T go here. Don't care about their patients only their pockets!!!

Quotes agreed upon before th procedure esculated to more and more costs. Additional fees NOT explained until I was sitting in their office toothless. Would NOT recommend this place.

I went in with one issue and Dr. Young and her entire staff were so efficient, patient, and kind. We quickly assessed an entire game plan. I really hope that ever visit to come with them is as good as this one was.

I visited Aspen Dental in late 2021 just to get a price for a partial denture (removable or permanent) after I had done extensive dental work elsewhere including some extractions and fillings. I was told to fill out all their paperwork and provide my insurance information even though all I wanted was an estimate. At each stage of their process I kept asking if there was a cost involved but was constantly told no. After their entire process of bs I still left without the information I initially came in to receive. Fast forward to today I'm being charged $83.00 just for trying to get information. I don't trust their process and I'm going to make sure to spread the word about their bait and switch business practices. I'm giving them 1 star only because I couldn't give them less.

The front desk staff are great and so are the dental techs. I can never get any one on the phone I have to go into the office just to talk to anyone it's always an automated system and calls are not returned after messages have been left.

This visit was simply to measure the depth of my implant abutments, after healing, to ensure the correct implant stubs were ordered. Immediately following my implant stage 2 work, my denture was modified to allow me comfort after abutment placement two weeks ago. At that time the denture mod felt fine, but as I healed, there was something off. Dr. Young, quickly discovered the very tiny adjustment needed and fixed it. Now, no more jaw pain, my Sleep Apnea Mask fits perfectly, and my bite is registered correctly. She was amazing, friendly, confidence inspiring and her team were on the spot and knowledgeable. This whole business is spot on. Thank you all.

Aspen Dental, Military HWY location, is a money machine and once they have your money they will not follow up. I tired to get my x-rays for an oral surgeon and they won't answer the phone, call me back or email me the release form. Please don't go to this provider!

My annual cleaning and evaluation (Feb)went well However when I tried to follow-up on the recommended treatment; appointment was canceled day before because I had pain when I requested treatment. (Not the day they call to reschedule.) It took 3 months to get in and now pay $80 for new x-rays to reveal same problem noted earlier this year. I feel the Xrays weren't nessiary.

It was a long appointment but the girls were thorough in examination of my teeth an gums. And they have cool tech to see your teeth.
