Husband made an appointment about a month prior. The dentist was willing to go in on a Saturday to check him out because my husband's work schedule was not flexible. They called him about two weeks later to reschedule, which he did. Literally the day of his rescheduled appointment, they called AGAIN and said they'd have to reschedule. He told them to just forget it. From the reviews I've read on this place, I'm glad he ended up not going. Do yourselves a favor and go somewhere else!

Everyone was very helpful and caring. I needed help with a broken tooth, and they took steps to be sure it was dealt with in a timely manner. Thank you & God bless!

After 2 months of being dismissed by my primary doctor. I called Aspen and was given a next morning appt. That went off without a problem, tears or anxiety. Partial credit to dental tech deserves a raise she puts people at ease Dentist was kind, caring and compassionate. So much so when my illness progressed much worse overnight I was back in front of him 90 minutes later. I will only be going there from now on despite the distance!

I had a good experience with this dentistry, but it was an hour and 27 min drive for me to get there. I didn't expect for them to remove my wisdom tooth right there and then. Thank goodness they did. Now the waiting process was abit too slow, but I can't complain because they did just remove my wisdom tooth right there and then and even though my schedule was on Friday. I thank Aspen to actually taking the time to see me and help me in my time of need unlike others. Thank you, Aspen!

Had a horrible experience with the Sioux City office and was reluctant to go here but SO glad I did!! The staff was very professional, helpful and understanding of what u went through in Sioux City. They went above and beyond to make my bad experience a good one at their branch! Very happy with the work I got done and the timely manner it was performed in! Thanks ladies!!!!

All this place is , is a sales pitch. I came from small town and went to the dentist every 6 months. I had a filling crack and they want me to do all this other stuff. And won't do the work I want until I pay thousands to do the other stuff. It is unreal. I Calle day dentist from back home and this period to cleaning is a fancy way to pay there hygienist a lot more money when a basic cleaning is ok. Crooks. My husband already got taken I find it funny we have the same exact score and how we both need to have the same thing done. Never again!!!!

Not only they are very efficient in what they do. They provide service with care. I highly recommend this office and their staff. You won't be disappointed. I had my wisdom tooth taken out, and I didn't feel a thing. Got a deep clean and teeth whitening done, it's flawless. Now I feel confident again with my smile.

They were professional and good quality but send way too many messages, keep you at the office too long, want you to come back too often... like your time doesn't count for anything. They also want you to buy high dollar gadgets that are not necessary. That being said, the office was immaculate and staff was wonderful. Not sure I'll go back though. I don't like repeat work. They seemed to want to update to current technology but not trust that it gets the job done.

Had excellent service and everyone were friendly and helpful. Have new dentures and so far am not having any trouble with them. Just need a little adjusting time.

Very personable. They were upfront with the options that followed my diagnosis and the cost of either option. When I decided on getting my tooth pulled they were very timely in getting me scheduled. Upon arriving I informed them that I was very nervous they made it a point to tell me what was happening as it was happening. Following the procedure, instead of handing me a paper in a bag, they followed up and explained what the after care instructions were with me. I truly appreciated the care that they gave me.

I was in town working and had a dental emergency. Dr.Shu is the most caring, kind & generous dentist!!! Can't say enough great things!! Staff very professional and kind. Love, love, love them. Wish I were a Nebraska resident. Would keep going back! ( First dental visit in 15 yrs.)
