I purchased my dentures in August of 2020. They had a 1 year warranty on them. I was so excited to get these new dentures. The upper plates were my third set and the second set I purchased at an aspen dental in Pensacola, FL in 2003. I went back to them 4 times explaining the plate was too big and I kept biting my cheek. I finally gave up. Then in 2020 I used my tax refund to get a whole new set. In the beginning of August 2022 my upper plate cracked on the right side. I called and was seen on August 15 to get it repaired and paid the $163.00. On August 19 2022 the upper plate cracked again and called to advise them of the problem. On August 25 2022 again the crack was repaired. Now on October 25 I was eating a California Roll a type of Sushi and the upper plate cracked again in the exact same spot. I call today November 2 2022 to get the crack repaired again and they want to charge me $163.00 again for a repair they JUST did last time August 25 2022. I should not have to pay for this repair. If it were another spot on my upper plate I could understand but it's not. I have decided to see if I can find an attorney to can help me with this problem. I feel it is a flaw in the upper denture and they don't want to repair this flaw or replace it. The upper plate should last longer than 2 years.

Professional, nice and very kind staff. Hardly any wait. Took me ad an emergency ad my dentures broke in half. Fixed them in about 45 min. Just great service

The dentist is always super chill and understanding. Believe it or not I look forward to talking to her, it's the best part. She makes it all worth it.

I felt like I went into an office in a different century than my previous dentist! Modern X-rays and scans of my teeth . Everyone took their time with me and genuinely cared about my broken tooth . It was so jagged that it cut my tongue. They gave me some dental wax to use until they can do a crown. But I never knew I was suppose to be on preventative meds before any procedure because of my hip surgery. My previous dentist NEVER told me! It was a very good experience for me!

The entire staff was very friendly and very helpful and professional.. I dislike the dentist very much but they made me feel comfortable.. I would definitely recommend Aspen Dental..

It was only a consultation but I have horrible anxiety. I had a borderline panic attack but they acted like it was normal, handed me tissues, reassured me, and really made me feel comfortable. I hope when I go back to get some teeth pulled I have the same experience.

First, I had an appointment on the 27 of July that I have had confirmed. When I get there for my appointment they tell me that they gave my spot to someone else due to glitches in the system. They apologized and gave an appointment for Friday 29 July at 8:15AM. No problem. When I get there, they called me in at 8:15AM wanting to do X-Rays knowing very well that my insurance only pays for X-Ray once a year. So yeah, at this point you are trying to charge me extra on purpose. They tell me to wait on the waiting room. An hour goes by and no one had called me. So I stand up and ask what is going on. After the receptionist went on the back and they were going back and forth, they tell me that it would be another 5 minutes. They finally call me and the hygienist tries to blame me and basically say that she was doing me a favor because I was just put in that slot. Then she proceeds to ask me if I wanted to leave. She did the cleaning and I asked to talk to the manager and they told me she was busy. Then I asked for corporate number and they gave me the office number and to chose an option on the menu. That option did nothing. Horrible experience and horrible management.

Absolutely horrible experience!! I went in to have a tooth pulled, wasn't frozen enough so could still feel pain....dentist had to cut into my jaw to get tooth out....was left with a huge hole and was in pain for a month....when i came back to Canada i saw my own dentist and found out my jaw bone is sticking out of my gums which now i have to pay $$$ to have it fixed plus more money because my root is exposed from another tooth which going to cost more money to fix!! Worst experience ever, not to mention the amount of pain i was in and to top it off the $$ i have to spend to fix their screw up

The wait time was horrible inwas there at 845 didn't go back till 1030. There was people that got there after me that went straight back before me 1 couple didn't even have a appointment an still went ahead of me. My first app was just to see what the issue was. So I have to wait another 1-2 weeks before I can get the issue fixed. But soon as went back things some what speeded up but I didn't leave till almost 12. Doctor seemed very knowledgeable but they schedule to many people at one time.

Recently, I made an appointment to have a broken filling repaired at aspen dental in Niles. The whole intent and purpose of my appointment was a specific issue. Mind you, I've had extensive dental work done and I'm aware of hygiene schedules and treatment plans etc. Which to me, should have been handled in subsequent visits. Not only was I not made aware that my tooth would not be repaired in this visit, the hygienist was extremely unprofessional and combative because I expressed my frustration. She lectured me and told me that I am going to get gum disease, would not listen to another word I said and essentially kicked me out of the office. The office staff was nice and this review does not reflect on them. Editing to say: I understand the xrays and the treatment plan etc. However, the way the hygienist reacted was beyond unprofessional. She was combative. And ultimately, I've made appointments at other dentists to take care of specific issues, then worked through treatment plans. That should be a consideration.

I am very nervous going to the dentist I always get a bad case of diarrhea. However my first experience with aspen dental was excellent the staff and dentist was very professional and friendly.

Quality care and a friendly staff. It's a convenient place in an inconvenient world. I came back after 2 years because of the pandemic. The staff is as helpful as ever. They put my mind at ease and gave me the tools to fix my sensitive teeth and prevent cavities.

Was skeptical at first, but was quite surprised. The young woman who took the x-rays was awesome. The Dentist was very nice and the young woman who cleaned my teeth was so nice And informative. Making sure I knew what I had to do continue. Even the women who took my payment was very nice and explained everything I needed to know and answered all of my questions. Thank you!!

This establishment is wonderful for those with deep pockets. I had a few qualms with how a hygienist came up with her own diagnoses... that the doctor never confirmed on his end. In fact, the doctor mentioned how no means of treatment was required for the specific acute event I went for and had no comment about the alleged gingivitis the hygienist claimed I had. As I declined the hygienist recommendation for a problem I'm certain I don't even have, I was told I could not schedule a cleaning until I resolved the problem that the hygienist had diagnosed me with. This is absurd and I've never heard of this. So I took my business to another local practice. The DENTIST took me at a last minute appt there told me I did not have gingivitis as diagnosed by the wonderful hygienist... and as per I still have a cleaning scheduled. Support local dentist, folks- they won't rip you off.
