$170 So far for x-rays and exam, did not X-ray my entire mouth ,only the tooth that I told them was bugging me. By the time I walked out the door I'm $200 into my tooth with no repair or nothing done. No cleaning, no exam of mouth. Just x ray of 2 teeth, Consultation and then out the door. Do not recommend

We will never go to the Niceville location again. Our Billing got all screwed up, the office manager would not explain these mysterious charges to us in a clear way. My teeth cleaning was so rough and painful I jumped out of the chair a few times and when gagging on water/cleaning solution, I was told to swallow it. Wow! Beware and watch your bills carefully! We are switching offices and hope for a more positive experience there.

New temp MD was awesome!! I been a patient at aspen dental for 4 years but my experience with him this week was so smooth and comfortable, and I was very satisfied the work he did on me!!

Top tier service and profesionalism! From the minute Sam x-ray'd me... to when Hannah did her exam...the Doc H performed the eval...it was all friendly and informative. p.s. I loved their user friendly new-patient use of smart tech! The appointment reminder texts are super useful!

I was trying to make an appointment to get my wisdom tooth taken out. I had tried oral surgeon offices all over and couldn't get scheduled. I didn't have insurance. I finally called Aspen and they worked me in immediately. Seriously the Niceville Office is some of the nicest ladies I have ever met. The dentist was so kind and made me feel very comfortable since it was the first time I had ever had an extraction. Thank you so much! You all have made me switch dentist offices to you now! So great! If I could give 10 stars I would!

This is the worst Dental office I have ever been to. First of all they changed my timing from 7:40 am to 9:30 am. Ok so I dealt with that. Then they told me one of my wisdom teeth was severely infected. They told me to take antibiotics and they would prescribe pain pills for me. This was on a friday which they close at 1 pm. Nothing was called in about my medicine. I called them on Monday morning and which time I was told they would ask the Dr. Nothing!!! I called again at which time I was told they were having a tough time because there Dr wasn't there yet. But I was told they would call another facility. I was told he would call the It's now Tuesday and I haven't heard a word from them. This makes me sick as there Specialty Destist was suppose to pull my teeth.

Came in because I needed an oral surgeon and Dr. Musser was on my insurance. Waited to speak to receptionist. Made an appointment and had my X-ray sent over. Aspen called me less than an hour before my appointment to cancel. I rebooked two weeks out and when I returned their call I was told I wouldn't see oral surgeon but would have a regular exam and have to schedule an appointment to see the surgeon after I had exam and X-ray which I had already done. Very unprofessional way to run a business.

Absolutely 10/10 recommended!! The kindest staff! They kept me updated every step, and have really made this so easy on me, and calmed my anxiety. I just got my teeth today, and cried the best tears of joy. Thank you from the bottom of my heart! You guys are the best!

The staff here are amazing. They care a lot about what they do and they care about their patients. Our whole family visits this aspen dental. They have given me wonderful care everytime we have had to come in! Highly recommend them.

If I could give this place zero stars I would. No one will never return a phone call and the actual dentist was beyond unprofessional and rude when speaking over the phone cursing at me. In person she wasn't any better. Absolutely the worst experience I have ever had at a place! I hope they end up getting better management

Dr Carvajal Luisa was very generous on my appointment. She did a awesome job removing my back teeth. I highly recommend her and the staff there is very nice and does there job at your highest expectations.
