Everything was fine. My only complaint was with Juan. He didn't introduce himself until I asked him, appeared to be in too much of a rush and could have been more gentle. I will return for a follow up.

The office manager ( Aiden ?) was super helpful. He was very informative and made my visit easy. He was even able to get me in again later that night for my procedure instead of having to come back another day. Keep up the great work !

Dr Hoonjan and his assistant De'Juan are amazing! I had an infection and needed a tooth pulled. They got me in same day and it was great. Dr.Hoonjan and De'Juan did everything they could to make it as painless as possible. Thank Dr. Hoonjan and De'Juan!

Aiden, the office manager and Brittany the hygienist were great. Dr Dryjski, not so much. Absolutely no bedside manner and acted as if I was inconveniencing her by having an extraction. I will only be seeing Dr Blanford in the future.

Afraid to return. Went to Aspen for the first time this year for an annual check up since I hadn't gotten my teeth looked at in a while. Had a small cavity. So tiny it was barely visible on the xray. I was told I was going to need a filling. While my teeth was being drilled, I was told that the he didn't need to drill deep at all because it was was a tiny cavity in my back tooth near the surface. The drilling was fine until I suddenly felt an intense searing pain. It felt like he had gone very deep into my tooth and drilling all my tooth away inside. I had never had a filling in my 33 years and he said it might hurt, so I assumed it was normal for it to feel like that, what I'd imagine a root canal would feel like. Once it was filled with the composite and no longer exposed to the air, it felt a little better. But I was afraid of what that pain could mean. Did he give me nerve or other damage for a tooth that didn't need to be drilled in deep in the first place? Each night I flossed afterwards, it hurt to floss between the teeth close to where I felt the intense pain during the drilling. Flossing on the other side of that tooth felt perfectly normal. I read online that tooth sensativity from a filling could take a month to go away so I continued to ignore the pain. When I bit down on the tooth to chew my food, pain. Hot food, cold food, pain. I had to chew on one side of my mouth for a month. After the month past, the pain actually got worse. My gums and jaw were sore every night but I continued to wait it out since my gums weren't red or inflammed. I decided to start flossing multiple times a day and my gums and jaw started to feel better. By month 2, Most of the nightly soreness in my gums and jaw went away. The pain in the tooth, however, remains. And I will randomly have a night/morning where it the jaw/gums aches on that side only, as if I had been grinding my teeth but I'm not a tooth grinder. I have pristine teeth, despite the tiny cavity all of the dentists and dental assistants were complimenting me on how well I had taken care of my teeth and how white they were. I never had a single problem, not even when my wisdom teeth grew in. Now, every time I floss it feels like my tooth is going to fall out and the pain is just the same as the very first night I flossed it right after the filling. Will the pain ever go away? After reading another recent review, I'm not sure that it ever will. I likely have permanent damage. I'm afraid to go back for them to make it worse and tell me I need a root canal. I thought the dentists were supposed to prevent tooth damage, not cause it? How does a tiny cavity turn into all of this? Will be switching dentists if any other issues arise or pain continues.

One star - prioritizes money over patients. 2 week delay for an emergency filling. 2 separate appoints cancelled with only 24 hours notice. Taking my business somewhere else.

I found the facility to be clean and neat. The staff awake, and aware. Kindly. The x-ray technician was competent. The dental hygienist was very competent. The Doctor of Dental surgery was very good. The business office official was quietly competent.
