I guess I should not have had so high of expectancy. I'm convinced I need in myofascial oral surgery but I was told just the opposite so my bottom denture plate does not fit my gum line and I'm very discouraged about it. Although the customer service was great and everything was explained well in the end it came down to money and my insurance, I am unable to pay the balance.

Have a real fear of the Dentist ! Everyone there made me very comfortable and relaxed ! The experience was unbelievable ! They were All Great and explained every detail from each Procedure all the way up to billing! Everything was explained to help me feel comfortable!

I only wish I knew of Aspen Dental years ago ! I originally went there because all of my dental needs were covered by my insurance. I can't thank my insurance company enough. WOW, what a pleasent switch from the types of Dentistry I grew up with. And the Staff, lol, FINALLY an atmosphere of smiling faces all working together to make you feel relaxed and safe ! They were nice from the time I entered the door, and all waving and telling me goodbye as I was leaving. They understood the fear and the negative thoughts most people have when they come to the Dentist Office. They couldn't do enough to make my visit comfortable, from the staff at the front door , to the young lady that entered the lobby to get me. to the girls that prepped me for the Dr. , always cheerful and upbeat. I was in and out , unlike your typical Dental visit at other places. I had full Dentures, and believe me they fit a hundred times better than the ones I had ! I actually ate my FAVORITE corn on the cob for the first time in years without my teeth coming loose. I was using a tube of Fix-a-Dent a month before coming to Aspen ! I smile from the time I get up in the morning until I lay down for bed at night. I could go on and on, but by now you get it . Aspen Dental and their staff have my full endorsement If you have Dental needs, break that cycle of frustration, visit Aspen ! You and your family won't regret it !!!

My first visit: Excellent experience patients management outstanding, service impecable. Doctor and assistants very professional, courteous and they have perfect understanding of their duties.They are friendly staff since you open the clinic door. Highly recommended.

They were so nice & very professional. I went for a fill in & was told I needed a tooth pulled . I was not thrilled & I was scared a little because it was my first time . But these women made it sooo easy to get through . I've never had anybody problems since being a customer . 10/10 highly recommend.

Service has been EXCELLENT every time I've gone to this location. I love the fact that if I'm dealing with severe pain they do their very best to get you in and out, pain free as quickly as possible. Everyone there is so nice and helpful which is rare now a days. This is definitely my go to place for any of my oral health issues

Please don't go to the location in Newport. I have gotten my cleaning appointment rescheduled 3 TIMES ALREADY, and every time the appointments are months apart. The first few times they said it was because cause the employee was double booked, WHICH ALAWAYS HAPPENS. I went to a cleaning appointment once and because the lady was overbooked, I wasn't seen until an hour after my scheduled appointment. Now they are rescheduling me because the lady is on vacation and apparently they didn't know this when they rescheduled me again and told me I was in the "do not reschedule" list. When this first happened I left a review for management about my experience, and never heard back. Although the staff is friendly, their management is absolutely terrible. I'm getting ready to go to another place. It's absolutely ridiculous. I feel bad for the staff because I know they dread doing this and often apologize to me, but clearly management doesn't care enough to fix this ongoing issue.

Absolutely fantastic. Came in, having never been to this business before, with tooth pain I thought for sure was going to take me out. Got taken back very quickly, in fact the whole situation didn't take more than an hour. Didn't ask me to bother with taking out my piercings for x-rays. Everyone here was super friendly and understanding. I am the human embodiment of crybaby, and when I kept apologizing, I was told not to worry about it. Tooth got extracted quickly and painlessly. And I mean legit painlessly. The doctor was hilarious and made me feel very comfortable, despite my general dislike and discomfort with anyone touching me and then obviously being in a lot of pain. Absolutely recommend for tooth pain, will be returning for regular dental needs. Also, gave me the perfect motivation to stop smoking. As lovely as it ended up being, I would like not to have to do it again like that.

I schedule every appointment and take off work 6 months in advance. Without fail I am forced to "reschedule" for the most inconvenient time that is left available. Their hygienist does not work Friday's, or apparently any Thursday I have ever booked with her. So I am switching dentist to a company that may seem to care about their patients, and their patients time. I have great insurance and stayed so long because the location was convenient. Well, I will just travel a few miles further and be seen at the time and date I originally scheduled.

In all reality, nobody likes going to the dentist, least of all myself. I have pretty bad dental anxiety, so when I came in for an emergency tooth extraction, I was prepared for the absolute worst. But the team here were so nice and took great care of me! Yeah, the removal itself was painful and scary, but the dentists kept me at ease and I really felt like they cared about my feelings and went the extra mile to make me as comfortable as I possibly could be in a situation like this. 10/10 would absolutely recommend to anyone.

Dr. Patel is the most amazing dentist you could ever have working on your teeth. Not only does she go above and beyond in her practices, but she respects the opinions of her patients and their teeth. She remembers her patients, makes the time in the chair go by faster than you'd realize, and you can tell she really loves her job. She makes it a comfortable environment that makes me look forward to going to the dentist.
