Scam!!! The hygienist and doctors seem to know what they're doing, but I asked for an appointment for a cleaning, which they set me up for, then when I got there, they said this was just a check up to see what kind of cleaning this was. I have limited time and my insurance only covers a visit once every 6 months. Now I just used it for them to tell me I need a cleaning. They could have scheduled me for it later in the day, but that would have been a separate out of pocket charge that I would have had to pay $800 for. I'm very disappointed in how sneaky and deceitful of a tactic this is to get insurance money plus some. I'm sure there are many other people who got fooled this way too. Also, now I spent one of my few free days to come here for information I pretty much already knew.... Never coming here again and also telling everyone I know and I work in this same neighborhood not to come here.

Very Clean.Staff is Very Nice an helpful. They take 4 walkins a day as long as your there by 8.Very rare these days. Thank You.Would recommend highly!

Scammers!!!! Upon entering the office you can tell they only see patients as dollar signs. For over a year i have been trying to resolve a billing issue. They have received my insurance information multiple times but still sent me to collections because they "cant" figure out how to bill my insurance but have no issues sharing my private information with a 3rd party. I finally decided to call headquarters and wow....using the same computer system, they were able to provide me with what i need to resolve the issue. Dont waste your time with this location. They try to wow you with their fancy equipement but the customer service is trash.

The staff at Aspen Dental in Newburgh are great but whoever runs the billing department needs to rethink their career choices because there's been multiple times where I have been billed because it shows my insurance doesn't cover something after being it's covered. Then after a conference call with insurance and Aspen Dental I then get refunded because it's clearly stated a procedure is covered.

I appreciate the care and knowledge demonstrated by the staff towards me regarding the pain I was experiencing with my teeth and the treatment needed to address the problem. I also appreciate how the staff worked to fit me into the schedule as a walk-in. When you have an oral emergency, you need a dental office that, within reason, is ready, willing and able to address the concern.

9/26/2022 Update: Aspen contacted me after my 1 star review and was very apologetic and helped me get this resolved quickly. Thank you to Devan for making this a better experience! I have rescheduled my appointment for my dental work. Prior Review: Went for the first time in February of this year for a check up and cleaning. That first visit went fairly well. They were suppose to submit a Predetermination for a couple of cavities. When I did not hear back after a month I called and they said they had not heard back from my insurance. I called my insurance and they had not received anything. So I called back and they assured me it was sent and maybe was just delayed on the insurance side for processing. Same thing the next month. So in August they call me to confirm my 6 month check up. I told them I was still waiting on them for the Predetermination and assumed they just dropped me. I was told I was speaking to a new person and it seems they never did submit the original Predetermination and that they would submit it immediately. I waited until 2 weeks after my insurance sent me my copy of the Predetermination and called them again to discuss. They said they have not heard back from my insurance and that maybe I should follow up with insurance. No maybe you should since you have made this such a cumbersome task. I know my insurance sent them a copy. Seems this place is very unorganized and does not pride themselves on customer service. FYI - Aspen if you reply to this review telling me to call customer service, your customer service should reach out to me. That is what good customer service does.

The dentist they have are very nice and they do make you as comfortable as possable but they can never fit you in if something happens and charging you for something they should of made good on this instead I was charged again And pricing should be more transparent

This is just not the place to go if you want to feel like someone cares about you. The practitioners are really nice, like Rob...he's an awesome hygienist. However, the admin staff and ownership is complacent. When you tell them you think you have to find another dentist they just say OK. I had a crown take a whopping four visits. I was dealing with it and patient until after visit 3. Then I asked for a price break. Ten percent is all they would do. I was credited back something like $130. That put me 4x in the red for the time it took and my hourly wage! Now I have a broken tooth and I was offered a walk-in appointment (bc no scheduled appointments are available for 6 weeks) with no guarantee of timeframe (understandable) or outcome (not understandable). There was no assurance that they will do everything they could to get me out of pain. I came to a large office for greater appointment availability. Instead, I got an office that doesn't really value the patient's time or needs. And I'll say it again, when you tell them you think you have to find another dentist they just say "OK". Floored.
