This was the worst experience I've every had!just moved to area.. but before I made a appointment I call the Hilliard branch to verify my warranty, would carry to any location and which they said it would. Upon arriving to the Newark office to have a tooth replaced and to be realigned I was told that they could replace the damaged tooth but do nothing else I had to go back to the original Hilliard office for any other work which is not what I told! Upon questioning that, your office staff was very rude and disrespectful. I will never return to your office again.very poor customer service!!!

Went to Aspen Dental in Newark Ohio for a broken tooth that was causing me a lot of pain. Long story short... The dentist wasn't able to help me with anything, unless I saw a specialist that they referred me to and had some extensive work done first. They gave me a print out of what my total would be when they did the work on my teeth. They gave me 2 print outs- one for 2,000+ and the other 6,000+ but no break down as to what those charges would be for. And very little to no informantion on what needed done. Just a total at the bottom of a letter head. But I just wanted my dang problem tooth pulled... So I went for a second opinion, before I spent that kind of money. My "second opinion" pulled my broken tooth that day. No problem. No fuss. I paid WAY, WAY less. Like in the low hundreds. Not sure what in the world aspen dental was trying to do.... But if you're curious about my "second opinion", I'd recommend Dove Dental in Mount Vernon Ohio. You'll thank me later. Oh, and aspen dental was kinda dirty.

I came in with the understanding that I would have a free cleaning and exam. Instead I was ex-rated with an exam and told I needed a deep cleaning on ALL of my teeth (another dentist did say it would be beneficial on my back molars ONLY) and given a bill for the services that day,a couple of thousand dollars! I said no way! I didn't pay and they did finally excuse the bill. I felt like the whole thing was a scam.

The staff is very friendly. They make the process of becoming a new patient an easy one. I appreciated the efficiency of the check-up beginning with Hayley, who took my x-rays, the hygienist, Robin, and Dr. Dahiya, who did my check-up and made me comfortable with the optimum treatment plan. The office manager, Morgan, was also very helpful in going over the financial portion of my dental care.

EXCELLENT customer service from the moment you walk in the door!! If I could, I would give them a million stars!! Everything was explained, in great detail to me, like it has NEVER been explained before by any other Dental office!! I can NOT say enough great things about them!!!

I needed dentures but I had a horrible experience with a dentist abt 10 years ago. Since then, I have panic attacks trying to been seen by a dentist. Everyone was very calm and patient with me. They didn't make me feel stupid for freaking out. Dr P was wonderful and Emily was one of the best people I have ever met. She was so kind. I look forward to seeing her every time I go in.

This was my first visit, and the staff was great. They were all very friendly. The appointment was quick but very detailed on furthering my treatment. I will definitely recommend them to everyone I meet.

Amazing experience. The vibe was great, and the professionalism across the board for this office was outstanding. I'll definitely be back for a visit. Also, the beautiful dental assistant named Hailey Q knocked her aspect of the job out of the park. She was awesome. Everyone needs a raise.

Aspen dental has shown me the worst service possible. I've scheduled an appointment over a month ago and they keep calling to reschedule me. Would not support lazy staff

This was a horrible experience. I made an appointment online for a specific, possible emergent, tooth situation. I was called and told I could be seen same day, which was great, but they didn't take my insurance. Instead I was offered a new patient 'coupon' for a free consult, exam & xrays and told I would likely be referred to an oral surgeon after my first visit. I arrived and was taken back to an X-ray room, and then a second. After the second series of X-rays started, without any explanation of what was going to happen in the first place, I began to ask how many more needed to be taken. I had placed a large metal piece of equipment into my mouth already 4 times and was told I needed to do this 14 more times. There was absolutely no informed consent as to what this was going to entail and I was beginning to feel overwhelmed as this metal equipment was far too large for my mouth and I was already in extreme pain for my initial cause of the visit. I was then told if I wanted to stop I would have to pay $152 to speak to the doctor. So to do less, I had to pay more. I calmly asked questions trying to gain clarity on their operations as I was very clear why I was coming in. I was then taken back to wait for the doctor and asked again if I'd be charged to speak with him and they said yes. I left in tears and was spoken to in a condescending and disrespectful way by the front desk person. I will never go back or recommend a place that operates on falsities, zero compassion and terrible communication.

The staff at Aspen put you at ease the minute you walk in the door. There is a delightful group of employees to help you through your exam, X-rays, cleaning, insurance, scheduling and making your feel relaxed. Dr. Atta, Hailey, Megan, Morgan and Danielle made my visit and care a pleasant experience, even though I may have some pain later on. I know they will take good care of me!

Dr. Atta is the best. She is very kind and gives great care. Never rushes you through. All the staff are friendly and professional too. I'm very happy with this office.

The worst dental place I ever experienced. The first time, I got a text message to be there 15 minutes earlier for my appointment. I was there 15 minutes earlier and sat in my car to wait for them because the staff aren't available and no one to open the door. Second time I made appointment online again because I have money to pay for a crown tooth without loan. I arrived they told me it was a mistake because I make appointment online instead of calling. Turn my appointment down and rescheduled me. They are the giant chain business but so clumsy and have no standard on their procedures. You guys have to work on your freaking rules. I really don't wanna say that but I hate that place. Such a terrible dental place ever.
