They lied about the cost. They used fluoride on me when I told them no. Then when I told them I was leaving for this they never paid me back the money they owed me back for not removing a tooth and the uppers they where to do

Dealing with Aspen has been the worst experience I have had. I have had multiple appointments canceled due to the lack of them having a doctor. I am on my second set of partials that took over 2 months to get. They don't fit right after multiple appointmentsvto adjust them. They leave sores in my mouth if I wear them. It hurts to eat with them in. I had a bad experience with the office manager. Overall, it has just been awful. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

Awful experience. New patient, told me to arrive at 1:45pm , 15 minutes early to fill out new patient forms. We get there at 1:40pm, there is a sign on the desk that says at lunch until 2pm. No one in sight. Not called into room until 2:45pm, 45 minutes after appt. For them to look at my daughters teeth and 10 minutes later say there is no permanent dentist there, that we have to go somewhere else. So now I have to find somewhere else and start over. Why couldnt they tell me that over the phone before making an appt? They they dont have a dentist at this time? To charge my insurance for an office visit and unnecessary xrays?

My husband cracked his old denture. The folks at Aspen Dental New Philadelphia repaired it and we were on our way in short order. This is the second time we have used this office, and both times they were fast, friendly, and effective. Kudos to the New Philadelphia team.

My first experience with Aspen Dental in New Philadelphia was very positive. They have a really friendly staff and knowledgeable professionals. I have to call out the receptionist, I think her name was Alicia? What a pleasant and very friendly, professional personality she was. While I was sitting in the waiting room I could hear her phone conversations and she showed exceptional customer service.

Although their prices are very reasonable. I am less than impressed with my current experience. I made an appointment for a very specific reason. This issue was barely discussed, not to mention not resolved. Being forced through the corporate "procedures" and sales pitch. I was left only to make a second appointment to resolve my issue.
