Overall my experience was good , not great but good ! As a new patient the patient set up paperwork wasn't bad , all done on I Pad electronic. Called to the back pretty quick . Ex rays went smoothly , hygienic exam went well and quickly, very Imformative , then the wait came for the Dentist , had to be at least 45 minutes. Once the dentist was there things went quickly again . Prices are reasonable.

My 1st visit to Aspen Dental wasn't what I was expecting. The receptionist was courteous and informative. The Dental technician was professional courteous answered any questions I had we even joked around a bit. Dental Hygienist was also very informative and professional answered any questions I asked. The Doctor, was very professional very knowledgeable made sure I understood my options and what needed to be done. The Manager of the Aspen Dental clinic here in the city I live in, was umm awesome! Made sure I was comfortable explained everything in detail. Who does that these days? That was as professional and courteous of a dental appointment I have ever had in my lifetime. I'll like to chat a bit, well it helps to take the edge off when going to a Dentist if you guys know what I mean. Very light atmosphere where the whole staff makes you feel comfortable being there and want to be there. If I could give 10 star I would. The Manager, I can't really pick just one out, the level of professionalism was outstanding! they all are! Definitely an asset to that Aspen Dental clinic, here in the city I live in. I highly recommend Aspen Dental Clinic in NI, LA.

Went to do checkup had an appointment was the very first one there waited forever... finished that and waited on a call back to begin work... keep in mind been reaching out since February and still no call back. Service is horrible

Awesome people, very friendly and very helpful. I am so glad my husband and I decided to go to Aspen Dental. We went to office in New Iberia and just everyone was so kind and caring.

Aspen Dental is awesome!! They all have the best bedside mannerism I've ever seen and felt!! They give you a complete breakdown of what they will be doing before the procedure is started! Very warm , and comfortable bunch!!

I had 2 people here at this facility that went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable and welcomed! Lauren was so nice and helpful. She treated me as if I were her own family and I'll never forget her for that. She gave me confidence in what I needed done and made me just feel at such ease. We need more souls like Lauren in this world!! The other person that helped me was Kelsie, she was also so kind and went out of her way to help me figure out how I would be able to afford the work that I would need done. These 2 ladies were phenomenal and I cannot wait until my next visit!

This was my first visit to Aspen Dental in New Iberia, La. I am extremely satisfied with the care I received today. I highly recommend Aspen Dental to anyone needing excellent dental care. The staff & doctors were very compassionate while maintaining the highest level of professionalism.
