5 stars, and that's coming from a person with *severe* dental anxiety. Both Dr. Bruno and the gentleman taking my X-rays especially, since I spent the bulk of my time at the facility getting X-rays and scans done, were extremely patient with me and my nonsense.

Katelyn H was super great at taken care of her patients, she is very easy on the eyes to look at while getting tooth removed. If and when I need more dental work done I'll be sure to have no other then Katelyn H do the work. Stay sexy Dr k. H

Never had a problem when I'm there they always take good care of me help me with any questions and concerns. Excellent staff, I'm in and out everytime I'm there.

Called for an emergency appointment and the receptionist couldn't fit me in at her location so she called other offices nearby and got me an appointment the next morning. Dentist Bruno Walkowiak and the entire staff at the New Castle location were very Professional and Knowledgeable. The went above and beyond to make sure I recieved the treatment I needed. I recommend them Very Highly and won't go anywhere else for my dental needs.

Went for emergent visit with pain waiting 5 days to be seen. When schedule for time I asked about timing as I had work 1.5 hours post scheduled time. They stated it would take no longer than a hour as that is all they do at one time. Ensuring I would be out within an hour I scheduled the appointment. Arrived 15 minutes early and waited 40 minutes post scheduled time as they came back from lunch with no patients currently being seen. Couldn't even get seen do to running behind on their leisure time. When I went to the desk about needing to be out within 20 minutes for work they had no response and just stared back.

Went in for a bad tooth. They had a last minute cancellation and was able to get the tooth extracted right then. The care and compassion shown is very much appreciated! The dentist was amazing! She calmed my nerves, and had the bad tooth out very quickly. Highly recommend!

Went there years ago to get my bottom dentures down which they did told me my insurance was covering it all. After get the plate done and having to go back for last fitting visit after they had already cut my plate too small, then they say I owe them money. On top of that my bottom plat is only about 7 years old and its already got a huge crack in it so probably going to have to go to another dentist to get a new bottom plate since the one from them didn't hold up.

They dropped the xray tray on the ground and put it right back in my mouth. That was gross. They said it would be $400 for a cleaning. I don't have insurance. What a let down.

I am writing this review because my mom had called them and asked about getting her denture fixed. She told them she didn't want to be seen, she just needs her plate fixed. They made her an appointment to come in and when she got there, they wouldn't fix it without being seen! She is 75 years old and has a hard time getting around. There is no reason they couldn't have told her this on the phone, to save her a trip.

Appointment was for 8 am told to arrive 15 minutes early doors not opened until 8. Taken to have X-rays and staff had trouble with X-ray machine not working properly (said they have been having trouble with it for a while) Had exam and was expecting to get problem tooth pulled. Dentist unwilling to pull tooth had to make appointment for oral surgery 6 days later. Had to pay for extraction up front and I questioned the amount and asked if the insurance (presented insurance card to front staff on arrival) was not valid, told she didn't know I had insurance and price went from $274 to $28 once insurance applied Overall not terrible but surely they can do better

The Dentist and Staff are top notch .Unfortunately the office staff is the complete opposite.Absolutely the worst people I have ever dealt with .Very seldom do they answer the phone .Let alone have the office manager call back .I have never posted anything negative about any business.But I feel obligated to do so .Once I waited over an hour for them to get back from lunch .They never showed up .I will never go Back again ! Thanks if you read this .

I went for initial consultation had a cracked tooth. Dentist was nice enough, gave me antibiotics and said I needed a root canal. Asked about pricing as I am self pay. She took me into an office. The girl was also nice talked about cost decided to get a root canal instead of just having tooth pulled. We (I thought) scheduled the appointment with the surgeon 5 days later. Went in to get my root canal by now I'm in a lot of pain and can't really chew, I find out they scheduled me another consultation and I cant get in to see a oral surgeon or a month. They do NOT CATE ABOUT THE PATIENT AT ALL left in pain and back to finding another dentist
