Do not even bother. Extremely rude to me and my husband, refused to see us though we called ahead and told them we would be 5 minutes late, and overall terrible customer service.

While i can not afford the treatment right now,the staff was amazing and went over everything from showing xrays explaining what they seen and how they can treat and fix all the issues.Staff was truely amazing! Now to come up with funding to get the work done! Great place,great atmosphere and caring staff.

I'm really disappointed at you. We had an appointment scheduled for over 6 months. I drove 40 miles to get my kid on time. And a red hair young lady, with a terrible customer service, just told me: I tried calling you to reschedule and you did not answer... No email, no voice mail left. I lost a day at work, I invested in time an gasoline. The young lady definitely needs soft skills. Unbelievable. I'm done with you.

Tell you one thing then schedule appointments and have no tech on staff to do work. Would sooner drive 3 hours to Myrtle Beach then deal with this location or the Jacksonville location.

Edited to add- i just spoke with someone from corporate, and it turns out I actually have a $20 credit. I don't owe any money AT ALL. This place is such a scam. If I could give 0 stars, I would. Worst dentist office ever. Every time I have been to this place it has been absolutely awful. They always say i have a balance, but when i check online, it says my balance is $0. I got 2 fillings over a month ago and now my teeth hurt when they didn't before. But Aspen won't see me unless I pay my balance in full, even though I've been making payments, and i wouldn't even need to be seen if I hadn't had fillings from there. I just left in tears. The customer service is horrible. I just want my teeth to stop hurting. The dentist even said before he filled my teeth that "they're not cavities, yet. I just want to fill them before they turn into cavities." I had no problems with my teeth before, but they've been hurting every day since I got them filled. And now I can't even be seen to figure out why. I couldn't even get a call back to schedule an appointment. I finally had to make a trip to the office after 3 weeks of calling because they wouldn't call me back. And when my appointment finally came, I waited there for an hour before they told me that he was behind and they were rescheduling me. I didn't even get a choice to wait. Please don't go to this place.

This was my first visit to the New Bern office and I could not have been more pleased. Everyone was kind, courteous, and friendly. There were parts of the exam I had never experienced before and they were sure to explain what they were doing and why. I felt well informed. On a side note, I like to lighten the mood a bit and they jumped right in with me. Everyone had a great sense of humor and made me feel very comfortable.

I had the pleasure of getting seen by Nichole, Dr. Fink, Ruth, Chelsea, and Chey during my visit, they all did an amazing job with me. They addressed all of my concerns. My experience was 10/10 I highly recommend aspen dental.

Emily, Dr. Finke, and Ruth were awesome!! Emily did an awesome job of taking the x-rays, first time I've had x-rays done without experiencing pain. I would let her in my mouth anytime. The whole team was very detailed in what my situation was and showed me the x-rays as they described what needed to be done with each tooth. I look forward to going back and having Aspen my regular dental office.

I had a wonderful experience at Aspen Dental. Rachel was very patient and understanding, as well as Ruth. They made me feel so comfortable. Dr. Finke was professional and friendly as well. Cheyenne did a great job of explaining the financial aspect of my visit and helping me with my loan application. This was an overall great first visit, friendly staff and customer service...AWESOME!!!

Very friendly and caring staff! I have been trying since April to get my son in for his fillings in the New Bern office and they have been booked up but they have been trying hard to get him in earlier but just have not been able to! They suggested that I try the Morehead location and they were able to get him in a lot sooner than October/ November so it actually worked out in our favor! Both offices have been very helpful and compassionate!
