Arrived at 9 am on a Monday and was scheduled for the crown repair at 1 pm the same day. Excellent service. Excellent work by Dr. Tafesh and all the staff.

I've been coming here for several years now. Staff and assistants are friendly and facility is very clean. My favorite hygienist (Jenna) transferred to another location a couple years ago, but I ended up staying since her new office is too far away. After chipping my two front teeth many times during childhood and over the years, I finally decided to get two crowns put on last year by Dr. Tafesh. He is AMAZING. My teeth look great and very natural. I'm just hoping that he's still around in 10 years when I need to replace them!

Avoid this place! This is the worst dental service I have ever received in my life. It was a fraud from the beginning when I first visit this place in June for general check-up. They said they would charge me about $1,650 for removing 4 wisdom teeth, 9 fillings and one deep cleaning. My insurance company Delta Dental will pick up the rest of the payment. I read the itemized bill carefully and discovered a loophole, I only have 3 remaining wisdom teeth and they are overcharging me for 4. So after the negotiation they knocked $30 off from my bill. I should be alerted and run from this ridiculous place then, but I was too stupid to continue to receive service at this place, and ends up receiving a bill of $791.33 and $956.3 for the deep cleaning service I should not have. I told the staff very clearly that I had a deep cleaning last year and I was worried that my insurance company would not pay for it this year, but they lied to me by saying that I would be fine because I had waited for over 12 months. The fact is, Delta dental would only pay for a deep cleaning every 24 months!!! Avoid this money-thirsty place for your own good!

My wife just left this location and was verbally attacked by a manager. The manager seems to be a racist and does not deal well with black customers. She was so rude when asked a simple question. Even her techs who were present were surprised at her behavior. When the contact information of her superiors was asked she refused to give it out and ordered the techs not to provide the number. Wondering what she is scared of. According to the manager, some of the charges were not covered by the insurance and my wife was owing on a previous visit. Surprisingly, it was the same manager that completed her invoice the last time she was there. Additionally, she wanted to make her pay full price on this visit before filling a claim through her insurance. For 18 years we have used the same insurance company and this is the first time anybody has complained about it.

Spent 2 hours in a waiting room just to hear , that nothing can be done if I'm not planning to do the implants. How people use to get their teeth done before the implants were invented?

I had an amazing experience from the time I called to schedule an appointment to the receptionist when I walked in and the dentist himself will be returning for sure for future needs!!

$4383 for dentures and I can't bite into a sandwich or eat steak without fixodent every 3 bites never had that problem with old dentures But I was n offended $11000 implants I could purchase Thank you

Love the people that work in the Natick office ! Everyone from the front desk to the doctor was great ! The office manager was incredible to deal with !

My visit was such a waste of time because my appointment was canceled without informing me. The receptionist said she called me yesterday (June 16th) but according to to my call history, I didn't receive any phone calls, not even a missed call. It would be nice if next time they could let me know in advance via call or text.

After having a real bad experience with another dentist, I decided to stop all work being done and go back to Aspen Dental in Natick, MA where I've found from years of being a patient there, to be very professionals and understanding when it comes to dental health. I was lucky enough to have Dr.Mohammed Tafesh take over my case, and work with me on all my concerns regarding what I wanted and needed done. I'm so grateful to him, his staff and the technician working there for giving me the smile that I been craving for and the fantastic job they did on my dentures. They went out of their way to make sure I got exactly what I've discussed with them and I'll forever be deeply grateful. Thank you Aspen Dental

I'm a new patient. Very good experience today. The Dr removed an old filling - replaced it and filled in a tiny cavity that had formed on the top. Honestly, I did not think he gave me enough Novocain because I barely felt it and it did not feel like the whole side of my face was going to melt off. But he took out the old filling, put in the new filling and I couldn't feel a thing. I asked him about that and he said, " I gave you just enough Novocain so I could do my job and I strategically placed it so I didn't have to give you a lot." I was very impressed by that. As well as very impressed by him, the dental hygienists and everyone in the office.

I had new dentures made almost 3 and a half years ago. And shortly after the 1 year warranty expired,i started having issues with the gum area of the upper denture. I've been back to the office to repair 4 cracks,2 on the upper left gum,and 2 on the upper right. Not happy at all. But on a good note,the staff has always been nice.

Visited them few times during 2020. That was below ok. First of all - communication. No direct responses, no guidance, everyone around is very nervous, no clear answers. The job has been performed unsatisfied, it is sufficient to say that I had to return twice to correct the filling and then to correct the fillings edges for two different reasons. After the procedures I experienced the pain for about a month, they said that is normal. Right now I have a pain in the same tooth that was done in Aspen. I am not sure is it the coincidence or not, but even being somewhat sure that I still have warranty, I think I am going to visit another place. May be I was just unlucky with my doctor. However it does not explain the overall impression.
