Do NOT go to Aspen dental unless you have insurance. I went in for a simple cosmetic chip in my front tooth. And they wasted over an hour of my time taking X-rays and "Invisalign scans" only to tell me they WOULDN'T fix the minor chip without doing major cleaning and whitening among other things. (The chip was on my front tooth enamel. The size of a grain of sand) I do not smoke, chew, or anything. Teeth are normal color. And they quoted me over $1,200. I do not recommend!!!

The service I received this morning was remarkable. I was very fearful but Zaire was so helpful with me staying calm. I thought I was going to have so much more wrong with my teeth and that was not the case at all. Dr. Reddick was amazing with explaining everything that was going on and how to treat it. I decided to just go ahead and treat it today. I needed a fill in and my partials readjusted. I was nervous but Rose made me laugh and I knew I would be okay. This visit made me understood the importance to stay away from junk food, that I must stop overthinking lol and my partials is not supposed to hurt at all. I have been enduring so much pain that I thought was normal but it's not. So I am thankful for the staff at Aspen Dental and I would suggest giving them a try. Leah

Disappointed with the service here. I have been waiting well over a month for alligners in the middle of my treatment. Poor communication from the office both via phone and in person.

I love Aspen Dental. Everyone working there, are so friendly. You are put at ease the minute you walk in the door. Everyone, also is so professional. If you are looking for a new Dentist, give them a try, I believe you will like them.

I'm only giving three stars because my sister in law use to work here. I came in because I was told I would be taken care of because of her. She was out of town and the people that took care of me was great, what I didn't like was checking my credit to see if I could be on a payment plan. I thought this place helps people that don't have alot, they basically told me I wasn't qualified and I wanted anesthesia. I've never had to have work done before so this was a little terrifying to do the procedure without being out. I have insurance with my job, I should be able to be on a payment plan; I don't have the amount they said.

I waited almost 45 minutes before I was going to be seen. Ended up having to cancel the appointment. The worst part as they were not even going to be able to do a dental cleaning that day, just X-rays/new patient work. DO NOT GO HERE

I'd like to give a special shout out to the entire Aspen Dental staff of West Nashville for providing me with my first dental cleaning in a timely fashion after a brief stint with the United States Navy. Annelise, Kassi, and Marian all took care of me more so and played the biggest role to ensure I was taken care of. I do appreciate it.

I've had two truly great experiences at Aspen Dental. I had a cleaning and exam in which the tech, hygienist (Marian), and dentist (Dr. Rafa) were phenomenal. Marian was definitely the BEST hygienist I've ever had. They were all very courteous and the visit was very fast. After the exam, I had several cavities that needed to be filled. A woman with the office staff walked me through all of the billing information and explained how much my insurance would cover and options for a payment plan. I returned days later to have the fillings put in. Dr. Rafa and another hygienist did a great job making sure that I was comfortable. I will be returning when I need more work done and for cleanings in the future!

Came in for a cleaning and check up. Got x rays, left with no cleaning and $800+ they wanted for cavities that I don't think exist. Plus they push Invisalign and retainers that are $5000+ . Scam.

Really upset with the service and how I was treated here. I was denied service because I am pregnant. I was taken back and they were about to give me an x-ray. On the intake form I stated I was pregnant. I was surprised they didn't read this information and could have completely jeopardized my babies health. I told the lady I could not have an x-ray and in the form I stated I am pregnant. They completely refused service to me because of my pregnancy. All I wanted was my teeth cleaned. I called Aspen and booked with another location and was told I do not need to have a X-ray to have my teeth cleaned. I would give this business negative stars if I could for this terrible service. All because I denied having X-rays because of my pregnancy. I called another location and they were able to clean my teeth without the X-ray. This is unacceptable Charlotte Pike location. Do better

All about money and what services they can sell you whether you need them or not. Recommended deep cleaning and gum treatment. Got a second opinion and didn't. Beware.
