I have been afraid to go the dentist because of issues with my teeth and just embarrassed to let them see the teeth. They never said one thing, very polite and came up with the plan. The staff is excellent and kind. They explain everything in detail of what they're going to do and the steps they're going to take to get to the final result. They are 10 out of 10 and I recommend Aspen dental to anyone looking for a dentist. Thank you Aspen dental I can't wait to smile again.

I had scheduled a cleaning or so I thought and when I got there they just gave me a checkup and scheduled me for an actual cleaning. The staff was professional and friendly, but I did specifically ask for a cleaning when I came in 2 weeks ago.

If you are going here without insurance, be very careful about their projected charges. You will be asked to sign a "treatment plan summary" in which you acknowledge your responsibility to pay, which is nothing out of the ordinary. My treatment plan started at a bit over $1800. Because of issues discovered during my teeth cleaning, I signed off on a revised treatment plan costing just shy of $3500. So far, so good. I had been paying some on each of several visits and totaled the amount I had already paid prior to my final visit. I went in to have the last permanent crown installed expecting to pay about $250 to complete my bill. Because of their bizarre accounting practices, the last charge was over $950. This thing was a confusing mess, even for the office staff, because the second plan left out the some, but not all the items on the first plan. To further confuse the issue, a charge was listed for a teeth cleaning six months in the future. Apparently, you're signing for procedures you haven't yet gone thru as of the date you sign, and some of what was on the first plan rolls over to the second. Problem is they don't tell you the procedures already done aren't on the list. So the total bill ends up being much more than you thought when you sign off on any treatment plan revision. This may not be an intentionally deceptive business practice, but it sure looks like it from the customer's vantage point. The only reason Aspen gets as much as a two is that the dentist by himself would rate a five.

First visit, great visit! Doctor hasn't done any work yet, still to come. Hygienist was excellent, not at all painful like my last cleaning was. Seem to have good teamwork.

They were able to get in right away even as a new patient. They were super friendly and compassionate. The doc and the bookkeeper both took their time explaining everything to me and going over options. No unnecessary services. The doc is going for a conservative treatment route so it doesn't cost me everything! So glad I found this place!

I just saw 2 dentist at 2 different places and than I found Aspen Dental I won't go to any other dentist in town after finding these guys. Highly recommended!

Came in the dentist was very up front, professional, and personable. I have a lot of anxiety and I need a lot of work done. They told me what to expect at each upcoming appointment. The office staff were patient and friendly. Great experience for a girl who does not do well at the dentist.

I went to the office in Ontario Oregon for my appointment and something happen and they had to reschedule me for another day. The young lady ( Nicole)was from the Nampa office filling in she made a call and got me in at the Nampa office, the people who work at this office are so awesome!! They took great care of me and made me feel so welcomed. I had to get a filling repaired the Dentist was so gentle and very nice and understanding I no longer have a fear of going to the dentist as long as I go up to the Nampa office.
