While the people here were kind, I felt like I was on a conveyor belt of patients. Clearly, the volume of patients is the priority here. I prefer a bit more personal care and not feeling rushed through the initial evaluation only to have to reschedule for a cleaning.

If we could leave a 0, we would. Just moved to Myrtle Beach and my husband got a terrible toothache. We went to ASPEN Dental as they advertise emergency walk-ins welcome. No, they said he had to make an appointment by phone! He did for the next day and they pulled 2 teeth, but gave him NO ANTIBIOTICS. The dentist said that he didn't need them. Well, he ended up with an infection and we rushed back and AGAIN SAID THEY COULDN'T SEE HIM. When we yelled, they said another ASPEN 11 miles away would see him. We drove there and, no, they said we had to go back to the original office!! What type of dental is this!!! Horrible experience.

I was very pleased with my visit! They have updated equipment that is vital in a good outcome. Both the nurses and Dr was very knowledgeable.

Everyone was very friendly they went out of their way to ease my anxiety. Everyone was fast and Efficient. I would give them five stars plus I'm recommend them to everybody I know

Very nice, entire staff worked quickly to help me with unbearable pain. Mr. Dentist was very nice and informative with all my needs. Best dental care I have ever had, I am very appreciative to the staff for a wonderful experience.

I came in as a walk-in. I was seen before I could even finish my paperwork! Everyone was wonderful, professional and knowledgeable! They make things affordable as well. I highly recommend the Myrtle Beach office!!

Beware of how they do insurance they give you an explanation of benefits and tell you what your insurance will pay iand a year later you'll get a bill for $500 stating your insurance denied part of the bill after you've already paid 1000. Do not do not trust your explanation of benefits from Aspen dental Myrtle Beach I went three times and all three times ended up owing a bunch of money a year later!!!! Their prices are way higher than what any insurance will except!!!!

Went for my first visit, got my free x-rays everything looks good no cavities. Scheduled my cleaning for three days later. The dental hygienist was one of the best I've had in years, she cleaned polished and fluoride my teeth very professionally. Thank you Aspen Dental.
