This place will schedule you on their needs and when its best for them instead of when the patient can get time off work, they are rude especially the lady at the front desk and then her boss gets on the phone she defends her. Once we get our dentures when it's best for them never again will we go back to this office. I have witnessed them stand outside of patient rooms and degrade patients as well as the female dentists walk out of patients rooms shrugging her shoulders like she grosed out from touching patients. Patients spend thousands of dollars and want their teeth to be correct. All I did was called today and ask if my teeth were in and if so can I come in today. I work medical and my job needed me Tuesday but can not. The medical field staff is very short since covid and needed me.

It's the way that had I known this dental facility was not accredited by the BBB I would have NEVER gone. I went for a root canal and since I have had numerous issues not to mention they love to upsell you things here, you come in for one things they try to get you to spend $4k on crowns that aren't currently the cause of your issue. NOT TO MENTION, I've had a "hematoma" for a month now where they did my injections AND my mouth has also since broken out in TONS of red bumps, I had NONE of these issues prior to my last treatment. I was also prescribed medication for the said issues with no exam prior to that, I think that they're really just trying to save face. I truly would not recommend this dental facility to ANYONE. Please go anywhere else.

Not sure whether because I m first time and got free checking so they kept me waiting inside the room for over an hour without nobody bother to check on me. Almost gave up and left if my wife not telling me to wait longer. But the exam was very fast and the office manager was fast explaining financing option and all. So it was not totally a waste of time. Very professional people just timing wise you have to be patient and should be able to spend longer waiting time.

Awesome service! Timely, efficient, and the staff is so friendly!! Just kidding, bad filling, in tons of pain, and have now waited over an hour and a half to see the dentist.

Staff was great. However, I am so mad. Been calling dentist all morning They are supposed to be open. Husband had a new patient appt with a confirmation! He gets there and no one is there!!! Not to mention I call their after hours number and it is no longer in service and I had 2 teeth pulled a wk ago and can not stand the pain any longer.

Appreciated how laid back everything was. It's been a while since I've been to the dentist, just because I've had terrible experiences. And the dental assistant was cute as hell to boot

Dr. Turner and the staff were VERY caring and reassuring while needing emergency oral surgery. Surgery went well and the outcome was better than expected. The dentist was very Thorough, Professional and Considerate to my many needs. I Would Recommend Dr. Turner in a heartbeat!

it's been over 2 months I still don't have working Immediate dentures I got a wrong size dentures and I'm still waiting for dentures that I can use to eat if I would have known about aspen dental that they have so many complain I would have picked someone else.

People were really nice but my husband had 3 teeth pulled and they called him in a antibiotic and he listed in his file he is allergic to penicillin so I went to the pharmacy and they gave him an antibiotic with penicillin could have been fatal if I didn't catch it so I am very unhappy.

I typically don't post reviews, but the Muskogee Aspen deserves one in a big way. I have been there twice in the last couple months, every time the staff was friendly, thorough, and any issue fixed before I left. A BIG shout out to Lori at the front desk for helping me understand my bill and correcting a mistake from an out of state Aspen office. Your kindness and patience is more than appreciated, thank you again.

Great Dentist!! Went in and same day got my tooth pulled. In and out and the staff and everyone is so friendly and very personable. Definitely recommend going here! I'll be going back!!

The staff was very pleasant. The dentist had a great way of explaining what the problem was what we were gonna do and things like that it was just really nice
