The people were kinda friendly but the whole place is incompetent. When you wait three months (which means you make sure you don't forget the time!!!) for a 9:30 appointment and they tell you its 10:00 a few days before and are literally missing a tool and a band so they hodgepodge it mid procedure. Or the fact that they seem worried your tooth may have gotten worse and act like it's your fault for not coming in sooner (i had asked to be on the wait list in case a sooner appointment opened up). But they go ahead and fill the tooth anyway and now three months later it's in more pain. And also, they didn't bother to tell you they no longer accept the insurance you have so you're paying out of pocket entirely.... Anyway, I'm sorry to be harsh but it's super frustrating to waste time and money in a place where they don't care about you as a patient enough to even check their equipment beforehand. I will not go back. And i hope others will take caution before going to aspen dental.

It was very informative and everyone was pleasant. Dr. Brown explained the different procedures that I could use. He answered all my Questions and gave me suggestions. So far so good. More appointments to come.

If I could I will give them no stars because they made me work week 13 days to get my tooth pulled and I am in pain I went there on an emergency visit plus the lady at the counter was very rude at the location in Muskegon on Harvey... Do not go here they do not care about your pain they only care about money.

Called Sunday night. Set up emergency appointment for Tuesday to recement gold crown and repair broken bridge. Work was accomplished quickly and efficiently. Staff was friendly and helpful. (My regular dentist was on vacation). Bill was a pleasant surprise lower expected.

A nice place to have teeth pulled staff is friendly brought a friend here to have teeth pulled now I have friend at hospital he can't get his gums to stop bleeding I am sorry I brought him there now
