I was having incredible pain because of an infection in my tooth. The staff and doctors at Aspen made sure to get those teeth out and relieved my pain. They are all really fantastic! I want to mention some in particular: Dr. J... it was very hard to get my tooth out but you took the time to do it right and painlessly. Kate... you made it fun having the chair go up and down haha. Phyliss... you listened closely when I explained all of my issues and made sure that things got fixed thank you. Lauren... you explained all the financial stuff so clearly and I appreciate all your help. Brenda... you are such a wonderful person and I couldn't have gotten this done without your help. K. P. .. you are a real sweetheart so caring and considerate about how much pain I was in. Sorry if I missed anyone. I will definitely recommend you guys to everyone I know thank you again I so appreciate what you did for me.

My first visit to Aspen Dental was a pleasant surprise. The staff was very professional and the office facility new and equipped with the latest dental technology. I originally gave a 5 star review but have changed it completely. I called the Murrells Inlet office twice to see about getting a filling in my dental plan. They said I had to get a $1000 dollar out of pocket deep cleaning before I could get one tooth filled. I couldn't afford that and asked them to call me back twice. They never did. I called the 800 number to try to give them the benefit of the doubt and the agent said oh so sorry and transferred me to Murrells Inlet, Lauren. She got smart with me and said the phone lines have been open all morning and I could have called directly. Then she said that I still had to get a deep cleaning before I could get a tooth filled. I told her never mind and hung up. My recommendation is to never use this company. They only care about money and not about the customers needs.

Don't go here! They lie to you on the phone just to get you into the office and then when you get their and they have taken your x-rays and completed your exam they then tell you, you need an additional appointment for the cleaning you scheduled for that day. Then when you say no I scheduled my cleaning for today for my whole family they say no it must have been a miscommunication because our policy is to only do your x-rays and exam and then schedule you to come back for a cleaning later and yet all three of my kids got a cleaning the same day and I scheduled the same type of appointment for all of us.Total con artists. Total waste of my time. I will not be back.

My wife had a filling fall out of her tooth She waited 2 weeks for an appointment. After coming in for her appointment they charged her $89 for an exam and they DID NOT FILL THE TOOTH! They said she had to make another appointment to have it filled. WHAT A JOKE! She walked out without having any work done. This place is all about money! If I could give zero stars I would! STAY AWAY FRIM THIS SCAM!

Beware. Only in it for the money. Makes you a treatment plan that you do not need and will not do work that you actually do need without accepting their treatment plan, which conveniently isn't covered by my insurance. When I called to try and get what I actually need done and told them that there is no infection, as per my boss who is a periodontist, Crystal muttered "whatever" under her breath. I have been in the customer service field for over 15 years and have never spoken to anyone the way that I was spoken to. Disgusting practices and disgusting staff.

Staff was very helpful. I live off my social security disability. I know I needed my dentures realigned. Then I was told I would have to pay 295 dollars because my insurance would only pay for either top or bottom but not both. I left and by the time I got home someone left me a voicemail saying that Aspen Dental was picking the balance of 295 dollars. I was crying after I heard the voicemail. The office was very patient and kind and very professional. Thank you Carla Willoughby

My dentist retired I did not want to remain with the dentist who took over her practice. I was very pleased with my first visit at Aspen Dental. All of my concerns were addressed and treatment agreed upon. The gentleman who handles the insurance claims and payment is very knowledgeable and my out-of-pocket payment affordable. I recommend Aspen Dental Murrells Inlet if you are looking to make a change.

I was having tooth pain and was able to Be seen by one of the Dentist. The staff Were all very kind and helpful. My experience was the best it could be as I Had to have my tooth extracted.

The overall experience was good. There was a man who worked in the billing area who was very helpful. As promised he called me to let me know how much it would cost for my extraction after insurance. The extraction went smooth and the doctor and dental assistant were very nice. I'm giving a five star for these wonderful people. But the front desk receptionist left an unpleasant impression. She was very unprofessional, showed no care about my situation and said she was very busy that day and could not help. Luckily someone else stepped in. I was just going to find another dentists office. The second time I came in, she was exactly the same. She needs customer service training. But thank you to all who helped.
