Long wait......

Was quoted for some work and I paid in full set my appointments and then was told they cannot do it until I had this other stuff done. They are money driven. Once I finish this bit of work I will not be going back.

Very friendly and helpful. The building was very cold but overall it was a good experience. I can't wait to go back.

The staff are very friendly, but that's about the only positive. I've spent more in out of pocket expenses for "needed" services in the past year than I have in all my years at other dentists. I will not be going back to a Profit driven chain store dentist again.

Went to Aspen Dental this morning for my appointment. From the smiling face and warm greetings from the staff and Doctor Grant is fantastic with a great chair side manor. The appointment was wonderful from start to finish. Will tell all my friends about this great office.

Only negative was that it was a long wait to see anyone. I was there for over hour and a half (with appointment) before seeing anyone. But that was all, everything else was fantastic. Employees were very friendly and reassuring and doctor was great, got two teeth pulled and barely felt a thing. Will be making it my permanent dental office, and not nearly as unnerved at having to see someone for problems in the future.

Staff is super friendly and quick to help you! I don't think I seen anyone from the staff that didn't have a smile on their face and said hello. They did amazing on explaining the breakdown of each bill and set up the next two appointments for us. They worked well with my tight schedule and getting us the best options for appointments. I will gladly drive an hour and a half to continue to use this one fir sure.

I went in to get bonding repaired on my front tooth at Aspen Dental. They said I had to have an oral exam and X-rays done first. I informed them I had just had that done the previous month and called my dentist office to fax my information over and they did. When Aspen got the information they proceeded to tell me that the quality of the fax wasn't good enough and they needed to do their own X-rays. Then came the oral exam and I would need periodontal scaling and root planing plus a gingival irrigation per quadrant before I could get the bonding done on my tooth. I wouldn't be able to get the bonding repaired; I would need crown preparation to get a crown which included core build up with pins. To my better judgment I went in for a second time for the periodontal cleaning and was told they would have to do it in 2 separate visits which they charged twice as much. I told them I would not let them clean my teeth unless they fixed my front tooth that day. I was told they could not do it until I had my teeth cleaned. I told them I would not let them do it at all. After talking with the office manager she told me that she would talk to the dentist to see if he could fix my front tooth. The hygienist decided That I could get my left side done with just a normal cleaning but the right was the periodontal procedure with antibiotic powder puffed into my gum line, an electric toothbrush, mouth rinse and toothpaste added to my bill without my knowledge. Next came the dentist: He said he would put a temporary crown on but after re-examining my tooth he could bond it and that would be my best option. I finally got the bonding put on to repair my front tooth. The bill was going to be $2938.00 minus a crown, toothbrush, toothpaste, mouth rinse and a left quadrant of periodontal cleaning with dental dental insurance. Grand total out of pocket was $713.40 + another $34 pending. I was deliberately deceived and over charged. Please take my word for it so that you aren't their next victim!!!

The staff was courteous, patient and professional. The assistant had to painstakingly spend almost a half hour on the phone with my insurance and still was very kind with helping me finalize a plan and payments. The dental assistant was gental and helped to distract me with conversation while implementing the devices for x-rays and explaining what they do, while I have a broken tooth. The doctor that I saw was understanding of my situation and helped me to plan an effective, low cost venture. My plan begins very soon and I look forward to working with them. Thank you all for your kindness and professionalism. I definitely would refer anyone in the Calloway County area to visit Aspen Dental for their needs. Update one week later + 1 day. The surgeon, at Aspen Dental is excellent. Not only did he and his staff talk with me until I succumbed to the anesthesia, they took excellent care of me. I could not be happier with the care that I received from the front of the house to the back of the house. Thank you all.

There are Dentists out there that unfortunately tell patients they need more work done than they actually need. Dr Graham is not one of them and I would definitely recommend him if you are looking for a rare honest Dentist! I dreaded coming in today for a scheduled crown but Dr. Graham found a way to fix my tooth. Not only saving me money but time as well. Thank you Dr. Graham your a rare gem in Murray!

VERY nice people at this location. I went in to discuss removing my wisdom teeth. I unfortunately let my wisdom teeth grow out and felt so embarrassed but everyone here made me feel at ease. People really do make a difference in an experience. Dental assistant Hannah is incredibly nice and people friendly! Also the ability to book an appointment online AND fill out patient forms? YES. You can even reschedule online, I made a last minute change to move my appointment back 30 minutes due to work. Thank you Aspen for being a part of the 21st century. For all the people in these reviews complaining about nickeling and diming you, I am with you, but that's a fault of our healthcare system. When I researched what general costs are for what I am going to get done, they are pretty close to the average for my area. I am not happy with the price but I know I need to be mad at the right people, not Aspen employees. I've only had a consult so far, so we'll see how I feel after I get some stuff done.
