Aspen Dental - Murfreesboro has an AMAZING team of staff. When I walked in I was warmly welcomed into the facility. Every staff member there was kind, helpful, and went above and beyond to explain everything step by step to me. They even showed me a 3D view of my teeth so I could see what was going on in my mouth. It was one of the best dentist visits I have ever had and that's saying a lot because.....I CAN'T STAND GOING TO THE DENTIST! Thank you soooooo much for taking care of me Julie, Mariah, Ty, Nia, Stephanie, Dr. Sharma, Kimberly 1, and Kimberly 2! I will be back here for EVERY dentist visit from here on out. You ALL are the BEST!!

The staff was very helpful I had a lot of anxiety going into my appointment. The young lady who helped me, Ty was so compassionate and patient with me and I don't think I would've made it through the morning without her kindness. Thank you!

I've never been to a more horrible dental office. Staff not professional at all. I scheduled my daughter's appointment was asked what insurance she had to only get to the appointment to be rudely told she doesn't take this insurance. My insurance had that office listed as my dental office. Then to make matters worse they call you and tell you be 15 minutes early for appointment to only have the staff come to check-in patient's after scheduled visit time. My appointment was at 2:00 and didn't have anyone up front until way after 2. The one star rating I wish I could give no stars because this office doesn't deserve a star at all. So client's beware and come to this office at your own risk. I would not recommended anyone to this location at all.

I absolutely loved my experience! I haven't been to the dentist in a while and I didn't regret it at all. They got me in quickly for my X-rays and after that they managed to fit me into their schedule for cleaning that same day. Loved the Doctor and all the staff for being so friendly and kind. DEFINITELY WILL BE BACK!

Aspen Dental Murfreesboro group, you are phenomenal! I was so appreciative of their care and concern during my visits. They helped me get past the usual phobias I have with dental visits and made it a great experience . Thank you for your bringing Kindness to the business!

I called to get my husband seen for an emergency exposed nerve cracked tooth - he was in so much pain he was almost passing out. I called and they made the appointment same day and got us in. We arrived on time and sat for 45 min before he got called back. The office was packed. Finally they call him back and he sat back there for an hour and 15 min. Not doing a procedure just having him sit. They finally said they will extract it on Monday and he needs antibiotics in the mean time. All why still in Agonizing pain. They did hand him some Qtip with gel on it on his way out the door to help pain?? Why didn't they apply that for him?? He still go no relief and we aren't even sure we did it right. They also said they were on lunch and it would be an hour before they sent in the prescription. I've checked the pharmacy 3 times and still no prescription , we are going on 2 hours since leaving the office and 4 hours since we were supposed to get emergency help and still have ZERO relief. I called and they said they will get to it the dentist has been super busy. One dentist only. Totally get that. Totally sympathize with short staff. HOWEVER do not take on more patients in the same day or advertise for emergency. They should have said we can't see him today we have one dentist. We would have found help elsewhere. I have never seen such a thing. This was an emergency and we still don't have any testament. Just pulled up to the pharmacy for the 4th time, still no prescription. If you have an emergency call anyone else you will not get helped here

The dental hygienist was great but since I had my temporary crown keeps coming off. And I go back in and have it put back on and it falls off before I get home 10 mins back down the road. I feel it's way over priced for the quality of service you receive.. I'm really over it.
