Made a emergency appointment here had a tooth hurting, was told on the phone they could get me and and do what was needed same visit, went in got X-rays done and doctor came in, he visually looked said what he found told me another worker would be in to go over what my cost would be, the worker came in pulled me to their desk gave me a huge price to fix everything I needed done, I told them let's concentrate on what making me hurt first and go from there, they wouldn't do it, i kept telling them over and over let's just concentrate on the pain and they refused to do it, I know I need other work done but I was wanting to do it little by little and pay as I went, they refused to do it and once again wouldn't concentrate on what brought me there in the first place, I feel it's more about making money then the patient concerns, all I needed was a root canal and a crown would of fixed my problem at that time, if you're looking for a emergency dentist or a place that cares about the patient this place is not where to go, I hope my review helps others not to make the same mistake that's just going to leave them in pain

I was 700 miles from home and ran into an unfortunate situation. The people at aspen dental in Muncie indiana, without hesitation, did all they was able to do in order to ensure that the holiday weekend was not interrupted and the sent me on my way "smiling". Thank You and your services are greatly appreciated.

GREAT SERVICE...They listen and are very helpful. All in one day got my dentures relined and fit perfect. Everyone is very nice and made me feel very special I will go back again .Thank you all very much...

I have extreme anxiety about going to the dentist. I have not seen a dentist in at least 10 years. I had an emergency that required a visit and decided to call Aspen Dental in Muncie to make an appointment. I was able to get an appointment same day - which is typically very difficult to do at other offices. The representative who took my call was wonderful and so helpful. The staff at the front desk was welcoming and kind. The dentist and hygienist were both excellent and knowledgeable. I was never made to feel ashamed that I have not been to a dentist in so long. The office manager was super caring and answered all of my questions and concerns. I am so grateful for the whole experience.

I visited the Muncie, IN office. Everyone was professional, friendly and cared about my dental health. Each person I saw, Techs, Hygienist, Dentist was very gentle.

Had wisdom teeth pulled on 5/12/22 was told after insurance paid that I had a refund coming of $1000 then it went to there was a claim still pending in July, but insurance shows no pending claims, call back today August 29th 2022 says there is a credit of $212 but yet another pending claim and of course insurance still says no more pending claims. Just keep my money but you will never get another dime of my money as any future dental visits will be elsewhere. All of this amounts to me not taking your cleaning services which was going to cost several thousands of dollars more. This is the Muncie location on Mcgalliard.

I can't thank the staff enough for saving my teeth! I always leave here extremely satisfied. I finally feel confident with my teeth and smile. Special thanks to Tori for always having the BEST welcoming personality as soon as I walk in. If I could give 10 stars I most definitely would!

This is coming from someone that has had nothing but bad experience with going to the dentist. Also a first timer about dentures. From the doctor to the receptionist were amazing and super friendly. I was super nervous going in there about getting dentures for the first time in my life. They was very informal and are great about helping you getting what's best for you. I do recommend anyone to go there. Specially if your new about doing dentures or any dental issues.

This place is the used car lot of dental offices... Would not suggest. They wanted nothing more than a sale... I got a second opinion, and they said I needed a surgeon, roots too close to nerve. Aspen dental could have caused me a lot of unnecessary pain.

Thank you so much from the time I walked in the Door and was greeted I felt so welcomed. Then after getting my dentures done they fit perfectly and I haven't had one problem. Thank , Thank you ASPEN DENTAL MUNCIE for making what could've been okay visit to a GREAT experience!! APEN DENTAL ROCKS!!!!

Had an amazing visit! The Dr.covert, Tiarra, and Mindy were super helpful and careful in treatment, allowing a close friend with me for support as well which was a huge deal as someone who was incredibly nervous. And Melissa helped a ton with scheduling my appointments, breaking down cost and setting me up with referrals, couldn't recommend a friendlier environment for anyone who is nervous!

(Visit on 6/20/22) I had a great experience at my local Aspen Dental! I always have at least some anxiety about going to the dentist, but the hygienist, Tiarra, was very welcoming and professional and today's treatment went really well. It had been a long time since I had been to a dentist because of finances, insurance changes, and my anxiety issues a little too, but today's visit helped me see that there really wasn't anything to worry about. People usually ask how much pain you had during your procedure and I can honestly say I didn't have any pain at any time, and I have a lot of work to get done. They make sure you are as comfortable as possible. So, if you're worried about that, don't be. It went so well today that I have no anxiety about the other two appointments I need to get the work finished on my teeth and gums. (We're spreading the work out over 3 appointments to keep them shorter.) My appointment was scheduled for an hour but it didn't even take that long - they don't keep you there longer than you need to be. The entire appointment - from the time they gave me Novocaine (which didn't hurt either, by the way) until they were finished with the day's procedure was only about 35-40 minutes max. The rest of the office staff was very nice - and professional - too. They welcome you when you come in for your appointment and they all say "bye" or "have a nice rest of your day" when you are leaving the office. They were all very nice! I definitely recommend giving Aspen Dental a try if you need on-going dental care and/or dental work!

I have had a ton of of insurance and leave issues with work when I had an access in my mouth. Tory has been super helpful going above and beyond sending and re-sending paper work to them. I could not ask for better customer service from this office! And all in a very quick time frame. I am extremely pleased with the diligence with which she performs her job duties, always saying I can always contact her if I need anything else! Thanks so much, Tory... you are a ROCKSTAR!

Great experience so far in the process. The staff were both friendly and all business, and I was out the door with all of my questions answered and my concerns addressed. They don't waste your time, and I felt better about everything after I left. Don't let your fears get in the way!

Absolutely ridiculous I had a crazy dental emergency severe abscess been look for emergency care since the night before. I've had several knee replacements and a infection before I been on antibiotics for over 3 weeks plus my normal meds these people finally answered ask all the info they needed I live like 40 mins away they said all good come over after speaking to me for 20 mins. Do I make the drive and when I get there they tell me they can't see me today and if I like they can make a appt! Seriously why did you not tell me that before I made the drive? What part of emergency do you not understand?obviously whether or not I had one since I never even got to pull my mask down for you to even see what type of emergency I had! I've had several knee replacements and like a total of 10 leg surgeries one being a knee infection I needed urgent emergency care and was led to believe they were going to provide it all my insurance info was brought like they suggested and pretty much dangerously left me in a serious situation after telling me to come in n over
