I recently went to Aspen Dental for an emergency situation due to extreme mouth pain. As a new patient, I was so. pleasantly surprised with the friendliness and kindness if the staff. Lexi and Dr Bowers was so helpful, patient, and knowledgeable. My family,friends and I now have a new dentist.

Had a cracked tooth. Call and got an appointment for next day. overall things went well considering the region I live in .all employees were very friendly and professional.

I had scheduled a dentist visit to evaluate a molar where the filling had cracked off. She looked at and told me I would need a crown. I was taken up to the front desk to make an appointment and discuss the insurance and attention. The dentist wanted me o have my hygienist appointment before my crown prep. There as a hygienist with an opening, and she took are of me immediately. I was very please about not having to drive that far an extra time. Everyone was very nicw

I had skipped out on going to the dentist after many years of using the same dentist and being happy with them, until they closed their practice. The office that replaced them made me feel guilty for my shortcomings on oral health and generally turned the whole experience into a sales pitch instead of a medical appointment. When I started feeling pain in my jaw last week I realized it was time to find a new dentist and checked with Aspen Dental since they had an office nearby. Despite the fact that there was no appointment available immediately, they offered one at a different office nearby. I wasn't sure what to expect but I shouldn't have worried. I've never had such a great experience with dental professionals, from the person doing the x-rays to the dental hygienists and the dentist herself. I was never made to feel ashamed and I felt nothing but compassion for my situation. They were extraordinarily helpful and even took steps to reassure me that I had nothing to be ashamed of. I needed a lot of work, including a deep cleaning, but they got me taken care of that day and made it easy to understand what I was being charged for and why. Highly recommended for anyone nervous about seeing a dentist, and I will definitely be back for regular follow up appointments in the future.

This time the experience with the employees action was done in a professional manner and i was satisfied with the treatment I received. The last time I was there "about two years ago" the woman receptionist must have been on the RAG ,because I was treated less than human.0 stars then.

Can't get them on the phone...put on hold every attempt to call. Front office staff rude and unprofessional... when she left a message on voicemail it was unclear and very garbled...had two teeth that felt fine until filled and now they HURT

I was told to go to aspen by my co workers . I went to them for my dentures. Once I had all my teeth pulled I was suppose to pick up my dentures. When the day came I was told they only did the bottoms and that we were waiting till next year for my uppers. Obviously I would not have gotten them all pulled if that was what we were doing. I was told multiple times that I was wrong by the lady at registration. She then has me go back and talk to the lady that was fitting my bottoms and we were on the same page she apologized for the confusion and said they would get started on my uppers and that I would have to pay $250 out of pocket. I told her that was fine I just needed them. Weeks go by and I still heard a thing from them so I call and I of course get the lady who has no idea what's going on. So I'm still waiting for my dentures I can hardly talk or eat. I wouldn't recommend. Aspen to anyone my experience with them as been horribly frustrating.
