They are horrible when it comes to scheduling.They seems to charge a different price for work depending on the dentist you get.If you get a set price get in writing.Definitely made it worse and fixed nothing.Wouldnt recommend.

absolutely horrible. never again, they messed up my teeth once & once again i go there because i have a cracked tooth and my nerve is showing, i've been in tremendous amount of pain since last week. i go in thinking my pain will be gone as i stated on the phone i need my tooth pulled. they scheduled me for september 1st , are you kidding me ? they were more focused on what else is wrong with my teeth instead of my cracked molar that's causing me excursiacting pain ! never again !!!

I was having severe tooth pain and calling around to see if anyone could take emergency walk in appointments. I spoke with a receptionist who said they took walk ins until 5pm that day. When I arrived about an hour later I was told there were no walk ins that day. I tried to explain that I had just spoke with someone who told me to come in, and was dismissed by the receptionist because I "probably called the call center." I explained that I specially called this office because it was a 570 number they gave me directions to the Walmart shopping center but she had already written me off and went on with the next patient. It was rude and inconsiderate, and affected my ability to find an appointment before other offices closed for the weekend.

There is a lady there Victoria i hope thats her name she was amazing She helped me so much She didn't stop Until we came to an agreement on my dentures because my insurance dident cover and i had to pay out of pocket and i tryed the payment plan i was approved but the office had a problem and i couldent do it moving foward so i get fitted for my dentures so i did then i waited 3 weeks i whent back this times the dentist comes in with a block of my impressions shaved it down ect....i go back a week later to try on my temporary ones and i told them they was way to big i cant close my mouth cant smile ect...they hurt so bad she told me my permanent ones wouldn't be like this and the would fit how they should well finally after 2 months i got them back and wouldn't you no it they are the same im. Very upset and want them fixed i paid soooo much money and i cant even smile im very sad about this

I went in as an emergency and they still took me with no problem... The staff was great and helpful.....I would definitely recommend Aspen Dental....

I called prior to my appointment and asked if they accepted Aetnea Better Health. They said yes. I received a call and they left a message with my wife saying they needed to ask about my insurance. I called back six minutes after they called and was put on hold for a long time. I called back and left a voicemail. No one called back so I assumed I was good to go. I get to my appointment and check in. The receptionist informs me they do not check my insurance. I tried to explain that I called in advance to ask if they took my insurance. She cuts me off mid-sentence and says "No. You called our customer service number. They tell everyone we take any and every insurance but we don't." I felt that this was very rude of her. She acted as if it was my fault. Like ma'am I called the number on the Google listing. How am I supposed to know there is a secret number to call if it is not publicly listed? She had a very mean tone to me but was nice to the other girl in the waiting room. I understand that it's annoying for her to deal with this but she had no compassion for my situation at all. If she feels so passionately maybe she could be the voice of change instead of being a mean person. Well, I probably won't be back, lol.

The people there are friendly and know what they are doing. They take time to explain what is wrong and what to do to fix your teeth problem.They even have a payment plan which is very good for people who can't afford to pay in full. I was happy to be there. I give a 4 stars rating because perfection doesn't exist on earth. Honestly I will recommend this place for any dental problem.

Aspen dental located in MT pocono near the Walmart , The staff there is beyond welcoming and professional. I needed an emergency extraction and they made sure to take amazing care of me. Would recommend them to anyone

Was rescheduled because the hygienist was out, no big deal. Show up for rescheduled appointment to be told they have no hygienists. What dentist practice can operate without a hygienist??? The is the poorest representation of a dental practice. I feel bad for the folks working there because it's not going to last.

Great place. Everyone was friendly. The technicians walked you through all the steps without making you feel uncomfortable. Office was clean and fancy. Top technology.
