I'm giving one star for the dental assistant and one star for the dentist herself. The assistant was friendly and easy to work with while she did my X-rays. The dentist was open to hearing what I'd like to work in and make a plan with me. The problem is the office manager and from other reviews, this seems to be a pattern. She was rude, overbearing and stared at me when I told her I couldn't afford that much out of pocket. She literally asked me to get a co-signer. I asked her numerous times if the estimate could be altered to look at prices and she would sigh and stare at me. At one point, I asked her if the dentist would refuse what I was asking and she said she didn't know and would ask the dentist right away in the morning and get back to me. She never got back to me. My spouse has to call 2 days later and then my X-rays/consult was sent to me. Honestly going back to the dentist was hard and then to be belittled by the manager was so degrading. Their prices are also double all of the other dental places. When I asked the manager, she told me the call center doesn't know the pricing. SO I'm not supposed to believe someone from your agency telling me pricing. Save your money and energy. Look around although dental offices try to hide the true fees.

Absolutely horrible service. The office manager should be fired immediately. Rude, disrespectful, liar, and has no passion to care for patients. The monetary greed is apparent and the service is you get what you get attitude. They say will call back, and never do. A person cannot even exaggerate the horrible practices of the facility.

Actual dental work was great! Dealing with their office and billing is a nightmare! Been dealing with it since January. Promises to call back and handle but never any action! They might as well not even answer the phone because once they hang up NOTHING gets done!

My experience at Aspen Dental was great. It has been nine years since my last visit. However, the entire staff treated me with respect and courtesy, as if I was there nine days ago. The staff and doctor explained to me in details what needs to be done. They answered all my questions and concerns. I look forward to being an ongoing patient. It definitely will not take me nine years to return.

I couldn't be more happy. I came here to get a second opinion, i was stressed because the last dental place i was at said my insurance was maxed out, that indeed was a lie!! The office ladies were welcoming, sweet and extremely helpful, as well as the dentist and her assistant. They made me feel so comfortable! I'm happy to say this will now be my primary place to go to. Thankyou so much!!!

The Dentist is awesome as well as the assistant. But I do think it's rude to have customers that have an appointment wait outside. Your facility opens at 7:00 AM and when you open the doors after 7:00 AM is bad business, especially when the girls are sitting at the front desk and they know we are standing outside.

I was a first time patient of Dr. Yousuf and assistant, Tatyara. I was extremely nervous knowing I would need two teeth pulled!! Tatyara came in and numbed my mouth with gel. I was relieved. About 10 min later, Dr. Yousuf came in to numb my mouth further. He made sure I was comfortable. He was professional, kind, and considerate. Tatyara also made sure I was comfortable. I was pleasantly surprised! As soon as they finished, I told them both how much better my experience was than I expected!

My visit was quick and painless, the hygienist was friendly and made me feel comfortable. ASPEN followed all CDC guidelines . I would recommend Aspen to friends and family. Thumbs-up

First time - I called 3 times before an upcoming appt to find out cost, no one called me back. Found out cost when I went to appt, I would have cancelled if I had known cost prior to appt. Second time - I tried to make an appt, ask about cost, receptionist couldn't give me a straight answer. I'm done with this place. Sue Kapoor

Everyone I met was very kind. I hadnt been to the dentist in about 5 years and I hadnt taken care of my teeth at all. They were very supportive and made sure that I was as comfortable as I could be. I didnt feel judged or looked down at and I can honestly say I'm looking forward to fixing the issues I have caused with their help.

Thank you to the amazing team at Aspen Dental Racine!! Both kids were treated with dignity and respect, and Dr. Morton is super through when going over all treatment that's needed. Shelley was also great in explaining everything to the kids. Great job!!!

Our situation was extremely delicate as my mother is currently going through terminal cancer with probably only a few months of life left. After dropping, breaking and regluing her 30 year old dentures several times she lost ability to wear them. With food being one of the few joys left for her we decided to see if they could be repaired. Within 24 hours of my first call this office saw my mother repaired her dentures. She left with dentures stronger and a better fit than she has had in years. Our Dental Assistant was Shelly. She was vibrant, honest and happy to help. The Office Manager was Lauren. Not only did we speak via phone to discuss my mom's special situation (because let's face it the dentures should have been replaced years ago) she ensued the work and exchange was as streamlined as possible since my mom has very little stamina. She even met us in person on the way out. From start to finish this Office rocked! I do believe I am switching dental care for myself going forward.

I went in because my current dental place is getting "complicated" and I had decided to have a tooth extracted. The dentist listened to my concerns, gave me options and didn't try to talk me out of my decision. The extraction appointment went well, all steps were thoroughly explained. I think I've found my new dental place. Thank you. UPDATE: While I am pleased w/my own experience, I also took my teenage child here for a cleaning. He states the dentist and assistant spoke to him as if he wasn't there and did not explain what they were doing. Also one of them just kept saying how they couldn't wait to get out of there, they were so done for the day. My child's experience was a bit unprofessional and he asked to not go back.

It's astonishing how frequently they have to reschedule appointments. It's almost like they don't WANT our business. My husband had an appointment this morning, and when he arrived, they weren't even open. Whoever schedules appointments for this location needs more training. We're going somewhere else. It's not worth the hassle.

Shelly made me feel extremely welcomed. The entire staff was extremely friendly. It was mine and my son's first time at Aspen. No other dentist told me that one of my son's tooth is actually to the side that's why he had a missing tooth in a spot. My son liked them as well. Everyone has different experiences but as a new patient as well as my son they made us feel welcomed.

Let me preface this and say I never write negative reviews. I understand there are staffing issues everywhere right now. But this Aspen kept canceling my appointments. Hygienist was either out sick or another reason for rescheduling. Booked out several months, which is fine, except not when they are the reason for a missed appointment. My hygienist was sick this week and they are booking me for April/May. So I have not been able to get in for a cleaning in a year. They were not returning my calls so I had to go in to try to book this appointment. It should not be this difficult to schedule dental care. If there are issues with staffing, they need to begin referring patients to go elsewhere if they truly care about their heath.
