in my personal experience , Rude unprofessional staff, and this business does not care even a little bit about their customers. I was in severe pain and was literally 2 minutes late for my appointment and they refused to treat me . I personally sat and waited 30 minutes past my appointment time a few years ago and they never said sorry about my wait , etc.. but they can refuse treatment on a regular customer for 2 minutes ... I stated I was sorry because I had to run back home and get the names of my blood pressure medicine because they requested a list of any medication I was taking . I would never ever ever ever ever ever recommend this place to anyone not even someone I did not like .. STAY AWAY AND GO TO THE OTHER DENTAL FACILITIES WITHIN THE REGION, YOU WILL BE BETTER OFF , SAVE MONEY AND BE TREATED LIKE A VALUSED CUSTOMER WAY BETTER THEN ASPEN DENTAL

I called over a month ago to schedule a dental cleaning. Got a call today saying they would need to x-ray my mouth and all that stuff, cool that's fine, but then the lady told me that I probably wouldn't even get my teeth cleaned tomorrow morning at my appointment that it really depends on the hygienist schedule, if she has TIME to clean my teeth... They had over a month to prepare for my appointment. The only reason why I schedule the stupid appointment was to get my teeth cleaned. DO BETTER ASPEN.

Horrible experience. Had tooth extracted and Dr ripped my gum from bottom to top. At the top of the gum line there was a sharp piece of bone sticking out so it took 6days to get an appt bc they kept saying the Dr wasn't working. When I finally got to see the Dr he said the bone was a piece of my wisdom tooth and the skin would heal and close up. My gut said he's lying. Go to another dentist who xrayed and it was a piece of bone the previous dentist Dr Johnson left poking out of my gum. The new dentist removed the bone plus gave me antibiotics bc I also had an access. I recommend no one using this dentist at Aspen or wherever he may practice later on.

Yes I recommend this place the staff is very good Michel and Ashley are wonderful they couldn't do enough for me ever Dennis office needs two ladies like these ladies thank you Michelle Ashley hope to see you again

My husband Norman Parrott was the actual patient here today. He was very pleased with how the staff was so friendly and nice, the Dentist took his time to explain things to me had a really good experience.My old Dentist office stopped taking my Insurance so I had to find a new one which was Aspen Dental. Newport Family Dentistry had done a sloppy job on my Dentures and also left a couple of roots in my gums that now I have to see a oral surgeon to get it fixed. Thank you Aspen Dental.

Staff was great! Chelsea went above and beyond in providing me service! Dr Parks was an expert dentist. I felt back to normal within an hour of my 2 fillings replacements. I strongly recommend Aspen Dental.

I went to get just a set of dentures nothing else I had to go 5 times and they got them wrong so they made another set 5 more times each appointment was a month apart and 5 different people seen me and the worst set of dentures I ever had!

It never amazes me that every time I go in for an appointment, everyone is so friendly and welcoming. The staff is great and I have never seen any one of them in a bad mood or having a bad day. I love going to this place. Thanks Aspen Dental for making all of my visits so pleasant
