Not only is the the location of this office incredibly convenient but the location itself is amazing. The staff is all very kind and professional, but not so professional that you feel like a number to them. The office itself is very clean and modern. Overall, I wish there were additional stars to add.

I was very pleased with the care I received at Aspen. Everyone was professional and very kind at the same time. We had a lot to cover, and in each area time was not wasted, while thoroughly completing each task so that I knew what was going on in each step of the process.

Have had a great experience here so far! Kirsten, the hygienist, is great at keeping people comfortable and is very knowledgeable. But honestly, everyone here is so kind and accommodating!

What a great experience. There is noone more afraid of dentist than me and I had 26 teeth removed and full dentures and these guys are amazing from the receptionist to the dentist and everyone in between was so warm and engaging they took the fear and embarrassment right out of me and literally put a smile on my face. 5 stars is just not enough for these guys. looking back the hardest part was setting up and going to the first appointment. What a amazing team I would highly recommend aspen dental in Morgantown wv

Every aspect of todays visit exceeded my expectations! The entire staff was so knowledgeable and friendly! You leave feeling confident in the treatment plan, and knowing the numbers well is very comforting!

ASPEN Dental truly cares about their patients. I was pleasantly surprised with the attentiveness and how relaxed I felt during the cleaning. Kirsten the hygienist did a great job. Super attentive, gentle and kind. I recommend ASPEN to anyone who wants the best of the best in dental care!

Have been trying to get Aspen to send my surgery claim to my medical insurance for MONTHS now. They keep telling me it's sent and my medical insurance keeps telling me they have not received. Absolutely horrible customer service, I can never get the same person to assist and will not be returning.

I was in a lot of pain and was able to get in right away. Everyone was wonderful to me and very compassionate regarding my pain. I have anxiety when it comes to going to the dentist and being in pain obviously made it worse, but from phone call to set up my appointment until I walked out the door, everything exceeded my expectations which gave me an overall wonderful experience.

I was greeted with a friendly person as soon as you walk in. The person who did my xrays was really knowledgeable , the lady dentist she is awesome. I could not ask for better people to care of you and your teeth

I rarely write reviews, but my experience today with Aspen Dental was extraordinary enough to prompt me to share the details of my visit. The moment I walked in the door, I was greeted by a friendly and helpful front desk, and the office was immaculately clean I must also note that I have never experienced such a thorough dental exam in my entire life (I am 55 years old); just knowing that they were not leaving any stone unturned helped to ease my mind. The knowledgeable staff clearly communicated to me every step of the process, which put me at ease. As a licensed, practicing medical professional (I am a pharmacist), I have very high standards when it comes to my medical care, and I can honestly say that Aspen Dental quite literally blew me away with their state of the art equipment, knowledgeable, friendly staff, orderly workflow, clear communication, and the thoroughness of my exam. Dr Cain was incredible. as was the rest of the staff, but I have to say that the part that really impressed me the most was the consultation that I received after my exam. I have never had this type of in depth consultation after a dental exam in the past. (And when I say exam, I mean a VERY in depth exam utilizing state of the art equipment.) The gentleman that I spoke with after my exam was friendly, knowledgeable, and most importantly, he clearly explained my personal treatment plan, my options, and the cost. Like most people, I am more likely to feel at ease with my decisions when I have all of my options clearly communicated to me-and the Aspen Dental staff exceeded my expectations. THANK YOU for a positive Dental experience today! I am here to stay! (Did I mention that they have a tv in every room, & a super cozy atmosphere? Yea-they have all of the extras as well.) I HIGHLY recommend this office!

Everything went very smoothly and even though I had several people tell me the process was going to be painful it really wasn't. The hygienist did an excellent job and was very gentle. I had minimal pain afterwards and only in one spot. I have several mor visits planned so I'm expecting everything will go just as well.

Friendly and professional. They open at 7:00 am so it's very convenient for us early risers.
