Waited for 3 months for an appointment THEY scheduled only to be text, no even called, to cancel the appointment. When called they said, "Oh sorry, we aren't open on Saturday." Wow! Worst way to run a business and zero cares that it was THEIR mistake - no effort to even make it right.

LITERALLY THE WORST!!! They make us make an appointment 6 months in advance and then hound you to confirm it. They called me, text me and emailed me and made me confirm in all 3 ways. Then, the day I showed up for my appointment, 3 days before my wedding, they informed me they had cancelled my appointment and didn't bother to tell me or try to reschedule me. They didn't even try to accommodate me. So I had to wait until after my wedding and honeymoon for them to get around to me. I then made my next cleaning appointment for 6 months down the road. 2 days beforehand, after hounding me yet again to confirm I would be there, they cancelled it! They also make you prepay for any work and then, when your insurance pays more and they owe you a refund, it takes MONTHS of fighting them and explaining to their idiot accounting department what is needed for you to get your money back. STAY AWAY!

Warning.. this is the WORST place you could choose to go !!! Beware of this dental mill wish I'd known better myself! Ask around do your homework on this place ! Don't say I didn't tell ya so ...

Everyone was very nice, professional, and courteous. Very short wait time. Got me in on emergency basis. I would highly recommend Aspen Dental of Morganton NC.

Would give it a 0 star if I could. Worst doctors office I've ever been to. Went for a toothache now they want to charge 8,000 for other stuff. Only needed two wisdom teeth pulled but they pulled all four because they said it was policy to do all four. Now I'm in more pain than I was before I went. Oh, and they said to call if the pain didn't ease up. I've called 10 times and left messages but, no one calls back. Place is a joke.

First of all I got a email about my appointment it said to call to confirm my appointment when I talked to receptionist she was not very nice so I told her that I received an email to call to confirm the appointment she said that they sent me an email to confirm my appointment I said Well ma'am I said the email said to call this number and to press two when I press two you answered the phone she said well that's not the email that I sent I personally didn't like the tone her voice. Anyway other than that everyone was very professional I got what I needed and I have to go back for a second appointment but other than that everything went according to plan and all the staff was very very nice but needless to say even when I arrived for checking in the receptionist attitude and not changed one bit that was not impressed for her at all.

My boyfriend had a broken, and infected tooth. The earliest appointment he could get was 3 hours away at this location. We arrive for his appointment, and they tell him they cancelled it due to no confirmation. He even had the thank you message for confirming the appointment as proof that it was confirmed, but then they said they couldn't have pulled his tooth today anyway. Made zero sense to make an emergency appointment to get a tooth pulled, just for them to say they wouldn't have been able to pull his tooth anyway. We drove a total of 6 hours just for them to turn him away at the door.

I have dental insurance and no one no one locally where I live in BLACK MOUNTAIN except my dental insurance . After two years of searching aspen dental in Morganton said they do take my insurance and they will work with you. When all was said and done. I walked out of there with a smile on my face.

I had an appointment at Aspen Dental in Morganton yesterday and my experience this time around in comparison to a couple of years ago was a complete 180 and significantly better all around! Full disclosure the staff they had working at this specific location a couple of years ago was extremely rude, unwelcoming, and unprofessional which left me feeling deflated and defeated. No one should feel this way and is inexcusable especially when I was spending so much money, and working for a non-profit this was A LOT of money for me!. Needless to say I was pleasantly surprised to have such a wonderful experience in comparison to a couple of years ago! Their staff now are extremely kind, helpful, patient, and professional! I left feeling optimistic and hopeful which I was not expecting. I truly was feeling trepidations about utilizing their services again, but as I said I can now confidently recommend their services! Excellent experience from start to finish, and I'm looking forward to completing my dental work with this office now!

This place is absolutely awful and unprofessional make sure you pay with a credit card Incase they wrong you so you can do what's called a charge back and read all the reviews be weary of this place and believe what you hear when it comes to them wish I would have !

Rec'd an email at 0700 on the day of my exam to remind me of my appointment. I took my premed antibiotic, and when I got to the office, they said that was a corporate generated email and that I would have to reschedule my cleaning. I never rec'd any notice to reschedule. The dentist did see me, however, and I had X-rays and a gum eval. I'm just not happy about having to taking the antibiotic again for a cleaning.

My appointment went so wrong when the dental assistant actually screamed at me in the office i reported her but nothing was don't it was disgraceful ive never was in such a horrible office go somewhere elseher but the office didn't care I've never been treated like that in my life she must have had a bad day u

I would leave 0 stars if possible. If you do not know, their policy is to see the patient first to make a "treatment plan", but not a cleaning, which is all my son needs. Ok, it about 3 months to get my son in for that appointment. They took x-rays and looked at his teeth. They said his teeth were fine, and all he needs is a preventative cleaning, which is all I wanted in the first place. We went to the front desk to make that appointment....nothing available for a cleaning for SEVEN more months! That was a complete waist of our time and money. He needs a cleaning NOW, not 7 months from now. Kids can get a cavity in 7 months, then what good is their so called "treatment plan"? I have NEVER seen a dentist office who will not do a cleaning when you come in for an exam. Are they waiting for people's teeth to have issues to make more money? Don't waist your time.
