This place is great really nice people here. Kayla was awesome! Definitely love coming here. Lindsey the hygienist is really thorough too I love her work! And the main dentist fellow is really great too! Overall a great experience.

I had my initial visit with Pam, Heather and Dr. Miller. I was pleasantly surprised how thorough they were. We discussed all aspects of my dental care and they even fit me in for a cleaning. I would highly recommend them. Great experience.

Very kind & compassionate staff however it will be 2 months for me to get a replacement upper plate - far too long in my opinion. I selected Aspen based on advertised timeliness. Very disappointed and do not recommend.

Was not pleased or impressed by the services I received while at Aspen Dental. Came in for a routine cleaning, xrays, and evaluation with the oral hygienist. For whatever reason they did not do the cleaning and just did xrays and told me that it would be almost 4k to take care of a few cavities WITH INSURANCE. I felt like the whole process was very impersonal and rushed. It also seemed like they were so focused on trying to sell a credit line and make a profit that they didn't listen to my needs or even realize that they had not done my cleaning. After finding another facility to go to I tried to request records and they refused to send my xrays without making it as inconvenient as possible for me. I felt like them stalling and delaying releasing my required information was more because they were mad they were losing a client and less because of company protocol.

Probably the best experience with a dental office I've ever had. Very thorough and explained everything in detail. I can't say enough good things about the people that work there!

My LDA, Shantel, was very caring and did everything she could to assure my comfort! I was also impressed with my hygienist and dentist. Everyone at Aspen, even my financial assistant, were so kind and took time to explain what was happening! I highly recommend Aspen Dental!

The folks at this location were awesome! From the nurse to the administration, I felt welcomed and my anxieties about the dentist were put at ease. Definitely returning in the future! Shantel and the team she was with were phenomenal!

Had to go in for an infected tooth which had spread into my sinus cavity. Aspen Dental was the only clinic that would see me right away. I called at least 7 other Dental clinics, including my own, and Aspen was the only one that worked me into a busy schedule. The staff were very nice and explained everything to me. The Dentist was great!! I am very nervous at the Dentist due to a bad experience as a child. The Dentist took the time to explain the procedure, step by step, throughout the appointment. I would have to say that, even though I had 2 teeth extracted, it was my first pleasant Dental appointment. I am 60 years old so, that says a lot!!. Great place to go for Dental work!!

Great team and they are transparent in their prices! Update: I want to first point out that the dentists and their assistants are nice people. However, if mistakes are made such as a filling has gone wrong, the practice makes it difficult for customers to get the filling redone. It took 3 appointments after my filling was done wrong and enough damage was done that I was referred to an endodontist. If my filling issues had been properly handle the first time, I would not continue to be experiencing toothache. I was more then patient and willing to work it out but when I am frustrated by my experience, the manager doesn't even care. I'm just done with their practice. This review is to help others see how this dentistry has absolutely no sense of accountability for their mistakes when something does go wrong. For current patients: If everything goes well, count your blessings and if things go south, just go somewhere else because you won't get the help you need. Aspen Dental in Monticello will not be treating me ever again. I'll just spend more money to get rid of this toothache they have caused somewhere else. Good bye
