Don't bother I went in with tooth pain hoping for relief, exrays and a check and they were talking about having to come back? Where is the medical treatment......I don't mind coming back, but please give me some antibiotics and something for pain. Go to a real dentist!! Complete fake denistry, no real doctors and they try to sell you like a used car lot on treatment plans.......do yourself a favor and find a real dental office.

Save your time and money. I have dentures from here. I have NEVER BEEN ABLE TO WEAR. I was refused a refund. I was refused a remake. They have caller id and will not respond to calls. I was promised gift cards that never came. I was promised a corporate call. Never happened. I literally paid almost 900$ for yellow teeth that do not fit that sit in a container.. please consider another company because here you will not get anything but grief. My hubby just had his 41 cancer treatment. We live on his veterans disability. We saved for 3 years to get my dentures. Just to be ripped off.. I TRULY URGE YOU TO GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!

I needed dental implants with full dentures. Aspen Dental in Montgomery started the job, got implants surgically installed and a set of temporary dentures. One year after starting the job Aspen Dental informed me that due to not having a dentist capable of completing the job at this location, I would have to travel over an hour , one way, to another location to have the job completed. I had to pay if full, in advance,.. one and a half years later I still only have temporary dentures. Maybe Aspen Dental is fine for small work like fillings BUT I WOULD NOT recommend them for complex dental work.

Fast, friendly, and efficient. They arranged financing immediately. I have been waiting for three years to get my lower plate done...and they resolved my issues on the first visit!

Wouldn't recommend this place to nobody what type of dentist office don't have their own oral surgeon on hand fire the whole front office then they give you a weak prescription of Ibuprofen like thats not gonna work against the pain dealing with teeth.and if you have insurance you may as well say you dnt have any because they're not gonna service you unless you pay cash

This dentist office is not the place to go. I had my free consultation and received my dental plan paperwork. I was never contacted for my next appointment regarding my impressions or dental work. I have call several times and couldn't get through. I call customer service to complain about this and they call and couldn't get through. I call today regarding a tooth extraction and spoke to several individuals about an appointment and couldn't get one due to being put on hold on several occasions. I just hung up because I do not understand this place. I have heard horrific stories but never thought it was this bad.

I had A wisdom tooth removed, and afterwards i had extreme pain and discomfort. My husband tried to call to set up an appointment to see the doctor Post Operation and no one would answer the phones until at least 30 hours after my procedure was done. And on top of that they made my appointment for the next day. After getting to the office the next morning on time( in tears and extreme pain) I waited over an hour and still hadn't been seen (watching people who came in WAY AFTER me were seen first. I asked the receptionist what was going on and why(as a post op patient) I hadn't been seen she said they put me on overflow. So my pain and discomfort wasn't as important as tooth cleanings!! The Staff were very nice and welcoming but they don't have a doctor there but once a month and everyone is running around like they don't know where they should be or what to do. I told the female "doctor" before the procedure that she didn't numb the correct area and I could feel my gums(twice she did this) but I was shrugged off like a child that doesn't know what their talking about. Also only numbed my CHEEK for a dry socket procedure, I screamed and cried because I could feel EVERYTHING!!!! then they quickly ushered me out so no one in the lobby could hear me. Worst doctor experience in my entire life(over 30 years) I advise anybody if you need work done on your teeth to run and not look back. I cant stress enough how horrible it was and I will be going to Prattville Aspen Dental from now on ( if I have the courage to see another dentist). Staff are extremely polite and welcoming!! It seem like they are doing the best they can given what they've got to work with. RUN AND DONT LOOK BACK!!!!

This place is a JOKE!!! I had my teeth pulled and had my plates made may of 2019! My bottom plate has still not ever been used! They are way to big. I went back twice to have them fixed and the second time they told me I would just have to get used to them. How do you get used to something that is not comfortable??? So they have been sitting in my bathroom cabinet since! You can't EVER get anyone on the phone to even get in! I gave up! Point is I only have top teeth for the price of the top and bottom! I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO ANYONE!!!!!!

I truly hope all Aspen dental offices are not like this at first very nice and polite but as time went on asking questions on everything that had to be done I've never had a tooth ache or a tooth pulled only went to dentist for my regular check up and cleaning and as time goes anything can happen and it did I got my first tooth ache ever at the age of 62yrs old the worst experience I have ever experienced I heard horror stories and I experienced it for the first time in my life but when you go to dentist, doctors you expect them to have your health issues for what's best for you and I've never in all my years experience how I was treated at this specific office rude and very unprofessional and believe when your insurance benefits run out they truly treat you different if you ask to many questions they don't like it they tell you one thing and it's very far from the truth I truly believe work was done that didn't have to be I've never heard of it takes half a year to receive partials work that I had done was never corrected and since it was I refuse to have other work done and after that I was advised to seek dental work else where my story could be a book but I just mentioned bits of the worst experience in my life I wouldn't recommend this specific office to anyone and it's probably not all their dentist doctors are like that but why ask for a different dentist if??? Especially in the same place

They say satisfaction guaranteed or money back, I had extractions and got dentures a year and a half ago and have had to keep going back because the dentures don't fit, they have re-made me new ones still don't fit, they say no refund and that I will just have to deal with it,I'm stuck with $2200 in dentures that I can't use. I would not recommend Aspen to a dog. This will go on every social media there is until I get satisfaction, already filed a complaint with the BBB and I'm not stopping.

When I first went in very rude and not understanding of what I was needing. Then next thing I knew they had me setting an appointment and paying for the surgery I needed. Two days before surgery they called saying they were changing my surgery and it would be and additional $350. The day of my surgery an hour before they called and canceled it and said they would not be rescheduling. Awful experience and wouldn't waiste my time going here ever again.
