Just avoid them. I paid more than I should have for an extraction if I DID NOT have insurance. I have the high option and paid over 1k out of pocket then they sent me a bill later for 30% more saying insurance won't pay and now I owe. They said "take it up with your insurance," no, it's your office manager who is messing up to get people in the chair then billing later. Thieves.

Great experience. Had tooth pain and got me in right away. Even called and scheduled my appt with the endodontic while I was there. Very personable staff and dentist.

The staff and doctor at my visit yesterday were absolutely amazing. I was comfortable and put at ease and my care plan was explained in detail.

I don't even want to give 1 star! Upon first visit, everybody was eager to help and so friendly. I was excited to get my work done. Dr. Peterson was only there for my first couple visits but unfortunately moved. Since then, I have had poor service EVERY single time, rudeness with every employee when you state something isn't right or you're not happy with something. From the beginning, I stated I was unhappy and was dismissed by the dentist, then he was very condescending. During this time I was also fighting cancer so was more emotional instead of standing up for myself. I returned again last week with an issue, they would not fix it. I was told they would reach out to owner and get back with me. Late Monday afternoon I had to reach out to them again. The owner or the Office Manager did not call me as requested. The girl answering the phones had to tell me that the Owner will not do anything and basically their "happiness guaranteed and fully satisfied" as seen on commercials, is bull. I would have to pay to have their faulty workmanship repaired, when I stated from the beginning I was not happy with the work!

Went due to a wisdom tooth to see about having it extracted. The visit turned into a full exam which was fine. When the exam was over the doctor had me go over everything and pricing with the lady that runs the numbers. After going over the numbers and telling me how much it would be I lost it being I have two different insurance companies. The cost was north of $2k. The lady was very pushy and acted like it wasn't a big deal as if everyone on this planet could just whip out that check book and write a check. I do have an appointment with a different dentist office due to the waste of time and attempted extortion that aspen dental tried doing. I'd call corporate but I know it would be a waste of time being I'm sure that all aspen dentals are ran the same way. All of the negative reviews on here are right. Don't waste your time, go somewhere else.

If my experience getting my smile back goes as well as the THOUROUGH CONSULTATION this place will be THE BEST! *****5 STARS easy!!!! I have been on a dental journey for over 6months trying to get 1 tooth replaced, the office I was with before (I will NOT mention) accepted my Insurance yet made me have 5 visits i attended everyone & ended up a tooth pulled & NOT REPLACED!!! When I walked into ASPEN I was welcomed & got a whole breakdown of the cost with 3 different price options & payment plans. They gave me FREE xrays & an exam I'm elated already & I haven't even told the office I've decided to use them yet!!! But, I have found a dentist who cares what I look like & how I feel. Every staff member was really nice & sweet! & that's always a bonus! Thanks ASPEN! See you soon!

I've had 3 cavity fillings done here today & am a new patient. They seem to fall a bit behind on appointment times but it's definitely worth the wait because they do great work. Doctor Sandhu was very cautious & gentle.

One of my fillings cracked the night before I was leaving for Greece. I was so worried that they wouldn't get me in before my flight, or be able to do anything. But they saw me right away, filed and smoothed it so that it wouldn't crack any further. They even encouraged me to book an appointment for when I come back so they can redo the filling free of charge. I felt really taken care of. So glad I chose Aspen Dental Monroe.

I went to Aspen Dental to try to get relief for a tooth that has been a problem for quite a while. After an unpleasant experience at Pinnacle Dental they refused to extract a tooth that had been filled twice and broke twice. I went to Aspen on Saturday at my wits end. I was impressed with their very friendly, competent and knowledgeable staff and dentist. I had the tooth pulled on Tuesday. My appointment was right on time and things went smoothly. I would go to Aspen again!!!

Dentist did a great job extracting my tooth. Once I was numb took him less than 5 minutes. The entire staff is friendly and very helpful.
