Dr. A and the staff that assisted me was very friendly and made sure I was comfortable. I was very pleased from the examinations to the payment plan and all my concerns were addressed. I'm excited about my treatment plan.

This was a great first visit until I was told I was going to be called back 3 times for my treatment and never ever got a call back. I keep calling and still nothing

Had my first visit today with aspen dental and let me tell you what... as someone who has high anxiety when it comes to dentists or doctors, they were amazing. Super sweet and friendly and make you feel comfortable. They knew just what to do to keep me calm. It was awesome.

This was my first visit and it was great. Everybody made me so comfortable and they catered to me. They made me feel like we have been knowing each other for years. I highly recommend Aspen Dental for your dental services.

Very nice and friendly staff here had a minor issue on one of my last visits and it was fixed right away and they sent me there sincerest apologies and a gift card! They're all so welcoming! Glad to be apart of the Aspen family

I brought my client who is my brother to Aspen Dental for a dental problem he was having. The individuals at Aspen were very efficient and accommodating, especially when we found out that his dental coverage although substantial, Aspen didn't support his other insurance. The individuals agreed to absorb the amount that my client had to pay. I want to thank them for their help in this matter. The staff and doctors were great and we appreciate them. I will recommend them to other individuals.

Had an amazing experience with the Office Manager Ms. Tiffany. My husband and I relocated to Florida shortly after he had been seen there as a patient. Last week started having some dental concerns again. Ms. Tiffany was so caring and understanding that she took the extra time to make certain our transition went well. Educated me thoroughly on the process and that once you are seen at any Aspen dental office they can access your records. Hoping for the same care, kindness and professionalism at the new Florida location. Special thanks to Dr. Coleman for taking the time to really care. Thanks again Ms. Tiffany. Means so much when a patient is in distress.

I went in for an extraction of my last wisdom tooth in the beginning of June.. I also told them about some bad paid I had on the opposite side where the tooth was being pulled. The gave me an X-ray and told me I needed two fillings.. I later called to set up an appointment for the fillings.. they told me I couldn't be seem until middle July.. I've asked for more antibiotics since then and it's always the same answer the doctor hasn't sent it yet.. I have still yet to receive antibiotics and everyday the pain gets worse.. I can barely eat

I like all the people who work for Aspen Dental they made you feel that they cared. The Doctor was very good and didn't hurt when he extracted my 2 teeth. Thanks Aspen Dental staff.

The atmosphere was amazing!!! The Dentist, Office Manager, and staff were phenomenal! There is a peaceful vibe amongst the staff as well.

Wouldn't recommend. Appointments take hours. They reschedule Appointments without talking to you. The office is closed all the time and very hard/impossible to get anyone on the phone. Last visit I was openly upset about my experiences and told the front desk I wouldn't be returning after that day. Took me over a month to get my crown after their temporary fell off the day after they put it on. I guess lady took that as I wasn't gonna pay my bill so later while I'm in the back with guaze in my mouth and napkin around my neck waiting for the dentist...she tells me the dentist isn't comfortable and would prefer I pay now so I had to get up and walk to the lobby and pay. After that 500 was paid she tells me I owe 300 for cleaning which should have been covered by my insurance. I didnt argue. Also since they put the crown on I've been in so much pain but I'll never go back.

Aspen staff at Monroe LA location are helpful and courteous. I was a bit confused when I went for my exam thinking I was going for my semi annual check up and cleaning, but I got X-rays, dentist exam, then hygienist looked at my teeth and said I needed a standard cleaning. I walked out and met the receptionist who said here's your treatment plan. When do you want to schedule your cleaning and filling? I told her I thought I was coming for a cleaning today, then she said I think I can get one of them now, so I was glad to be able to get the cleaning as it's a 20 minute drive from house. All the staff are super nice. I guess I misunderstood when I called to schedule a check up. I didn't realize it would be a separate visit for the cleaning. I think I'm good now for future visits.
