It was my very time going to Aspen Dental. The staff was great. The guy that did my X-rays was very fun and personable. The hygienist came in to take a look, she peaked for a good 5 seconds and told me that I had a very bad gum disease and that all my top teeth needed to be taken out. I was crying so bad because I just couldn't imagine having to get dentures at 35. The dentist came in, she took a look and said the same thing. She said I needed to get injections in my bottom teeth to clear the infection but my top teeth could not be saved. As I'm crying hysterically, she was very nice and tried to tell me everything would be okay..etc. Then I go talk to a lady who wrote up everything I needed done, which was 8,000. She wanted me to set up a payment plan. I told her I would figure it out and call her the next day. I left there crying, thinking I'm going to have to get dentures. I planned to call them within a day or 2 to set up the date to get everything done. I decided to go get a second opinion from a pcp that I went to before. He told me everything Aspen told me was a lie. I don't have a bad gum disease, my top teeth are fine. I don't need injections in my bottom teeth. He also said that Aspen tells people that all the time. He expressed how it should be illegal for them to lie to people just to get money. All I needed was a bridge on my 3 of my teeth that he did for $1500. Always get a second opinion if you go to Aspen! Don't believe their lies!! Ever since I been telling my story so many people have said the same thing happened to them!

The worst dental experience of my life. Location doesn't matter. It's a chain that outsources most of their actual work, can't figure out its own billing system, never returns calls, is condescending, rude, and unkind in the best of circumstances. I can't imagine their worst. I won't go back and risk seeing it. From beginning to end I was belittled, misled, and gaslit, and I'm sure it was for all the little kick backs they get for loanshark financing and withholding your xrays.

All employees are very friendly and knowledgeable and they are eager to help you. I went to the Aspen dental in Washington,pa. Would definitely recommend this office.

Loved this office. Doctor Wood was so nice. The Hygienist and the X-Ray tech both wonderful. So glad I came here. Also they got me in do quickly. The financial person was so helpful also.

We've used Aspen Dental a number of times and never really had any issues until today. They made my husband and daughter wait an hour and a half for the appointment. The Dentist and techs were great and kind, but the guy who was doing the quote for additional needed services was a scammer. We were told a laudry list of things that needed done, cleaning, root canal, teeth pulled and fillings, then told the cost would 6000k. We were given this quote without an itemized invoice. This price is with insurance. We were told they dont itemize. We should have been given options. Are you using a silver crown, white or gold ? What about informed consent ? Trying to understand I looked up all the procedures under our insurance company "cost of services " and no way we could build it out to that price, even with throwing in some extra stuff. What a joke and scam. I will be canceling our upcoming dental appointments and going elsewhere. Would you go to a doctor's office or a mechanic and pay 6k and have no idea what you are paying for ? SCAM

I preplanned and made a appt 2+ weeks in advance for a consultation I literally get a phone call at 9:35 asking if they could reschedule because they don't have anybody in the office to do consults meanwhile they've been open from 9 AM and I get the things happen but calling 10 minutes before your appointment is unacceptable and they didn't even wanna give me a reason they were open from nine if nobody was there at 9 AM they should've called me immediately and the lady was very snappy on the phone She didn't even wanna give me a reason to why they had to reschedule I think it's totally unprofessional I will never go back to the Monaca location and I have since moved to cranberry office for my consultation

Never ever go again,2 hours for nothing.Would not put in a filling I had to have a crown..Not one two plus gum treatments...over $3000 and I have insurance...

Good dentists but even if you confirm with them they will still cancel your appointment because of no confirmation... now my appointment is rescheduled for in 2.5 weeks !

I have needed several teeth extracted. Dr Beth H has done an excellent job, each time. Front desk and insurance staff are very friendly and helpful.

All the staff are great. I had to have a tooth pulled and the doctor and assistant were awesome. My tooth was cracked and the roots ran deep, but they made sure I was very numb and comfortable.
