I will never ever ever go anywhere else again in my life EVER !!! I have never had a dentist take the time and explain everything from beginning to end not ever any questions I had she went over and above to make sure I understood, and pricing is reasonable so that I can afford to have a dentist and they have a payment plan a payment plan no money down I love that place and I haven't even had my work done yet , I absolutely LOVE my dentist and her assistant I can't remember the title of my dentists assistant but they are absolutely a phenomenal place to go and an excellent experience I've passed this place up time and time again thinking it was just another dentist office where they really don't care I'm a pretty big boy and tough interior not an emotional person really but when I felt and seen how much my dentist and her assistant really care about me having nice teeth because a lot of dentist office's out there could honestly care less and you feel it you leave knowing they don't or didn't care it brought a tear to my eye it really did !!!! My name is William Lawson from Moline Illinois and I can't wait to go back and have work done by those two my Dentist and her assistant!!!!

Would not ever recommend to anyone staff is nice yes but i have 4 abcess teeth can make payments but they cant help with a deadly tooth condition

Everyone's there was helpful, caring, & informative. They did not try to see how fast they could get me out of there, which also made the visit pleasant. I hate dentists between pain and past experiences at other places, but this was the nicest group of people. I had just been to a doctor for something other than dentistry, and it was the total opposite. This experience at Aspen restored my faith in humanity.

They do a great job, clean and comfortable environment. Friendly staff,as well as very informative on procedures that may need to be done. Only thing is if your dental insurance through your job doesn't cover all of the cost you are expected to pay half of the total cost of procedure in order to be scheduled and the other half at time of appointment day! Through all the dentists I have seen in the past I was able to get on a monthly payment plan and paid off all that was owed. Even offered past dental references to confirm this. That would be the only downside of Aspen Dental. If this was offered it would be 5 stars.

Set up an appointment for my wife to have a lost filling replaced. She walked with over a $7,000 treatment plan and nothing was done to fix her issue so she left with the same pain. She didn't go to have a treatment plan or consultation. She just wanted her 1 tooth fixed. What happens to the olds when Dentist did what you asked instead of trying to rack up a huge bill. This why people don't go to see a dentist. Dental insurance isn't like medical insurance, dental insurance doesn't pay for jack. Very disappointed.

Everyone was very professional at their jobs. Explained step by step what they were going to do.the lady up front forgive don't remember her name, helped me with paperwork, lining finances up so i wouldn't have to pay a large amount at one time. So it's possible to get the dental treatment I need. Thank you.

I'm having a dental emergency. Called to schedule an appt. Was scheduled for today, then an hour later they called me to cancel my appt, I'm in a lot of pain and they told me to come in a few weeks. Very unprofessional to schedule someone who admits to you they are in a lot of pain then to call them and cancel is absurd. If I could give -5 stars I would. Awful.
