The people there are so polite and helpful. They treated me like I was the most important person in the world. The knowledge that they showed , the compassion beyond compare. I will never go anywhere else.

I am a first time patient at this facility, and I have to say I will for sure be going back! I had a deep cleaning and I must say, Donnie did an excellent job! I highly recommend her!

I had not seen a dentist in 30yrs. Dr. Evens and the office staff were very understanding. They were patient in explaining everything and worked with me on putting together a treatment plan. Edit DON'T GO THERE! They checked my insurance, gave me an estimate, I paid. They did the work and 3 months later I got a huge bill, called and all I got was, we under estimated your insurance, nothing you can do but pay. I told them I could not afford it, but would make payments when I can. Then after a couple of months I started getting harassed by a collection company. On top of this on one of my last visits the dentist, a new one, forgot about me and they left me alone in the chair for an hour. When I left they said they would have someone contact me about my poor treatment at the visit, never happened!! Next visit they didn't seem to remember anything was wrong!!

Usually I have great experiences at Aspen dental, but today was far from it. The hygienist who operated on me was rather rough with my teeth and left me with bruising on my gums. She told me that I was "lacking" in the flossing department, and the doctor who saw me after looking at my new x-rays said different. In fact, he gave me props for how I was and am still taking care of them. Although this was a bad experience, I would've given 5 stars otherwise

Very nice people working there and they know what they are doing. Made me feel comfortable and my appointment went very well. They explain everything so you understand it. I will continue going to them.

When I first walked in I was pleasantly greeted immediately, and it was the same with all the other staff as well. During my appointments, they made sure I completely understood everything that was going on. I definitely recommend Aspen Dental.

Receptionist She was a nice young lady with a lot of information but the time frame she gave me was inconsistent. It would have affected my decision in staying but overall I was happy with her. 1st Dental assistant(didn't catch his name): He treated me great! It was very cold in the room, since I didn't have a jacket, he brought me one. Right before he went to lunch RDA Aaron replaced him. They are all friendly people. Dr.Dang was a great experience. From the moment he came in he was very informative, extremely patient, and gentle due to my fear of the needle going into my mouth. XRay Lady (forgot name) She was awesome, quick and friendly. She knew what she was doing. Good overall experience I had a great time even tho it's the DENTIST!!!!!

My Mother is 81 years old and is very picky and hard to please in regards to services. From the time we walked in the environment was very welcoming. She could not stop talking about how nice everyone was and how good they were at their jobs! She is actually looking forward to going back! Getting the initial appointment was very easy and quick! I was able to get an appointment the next day in addition to them being able to fit in weeks worth of work over a few days time. I will be recommending this dentist office to many others and I am glad that this office pride themselves on having great customer service!

I had emergency and required dental care found Aspen Dental online via their website. I register by opening account and schedule appointment. I was pleased with all the staff they were all very knowledgeable and courteous. They explained every step in the process and was given options on my issue. I was able have my emergency taken care of to my relief.
