I've had problems with a high end dentist and I loved this dentist way more so friendly and welcoming they were able to pull my tooth same day after my previous dentist said I would have to go to a specialist well they were wrong ...and this dentist pulled my tooth and it came out just fine thank you guys and I'm pregnant so it was such a relief thank Aspen dental would definitely recommend

Aspen Dental is very helpful I went into their office and was literally in so much pain I could no longer stand it. The doctors was so helpful they made sure I was able to get my procedure by going above and beyond. The ladies in the front also was very helpful any question I had they made sure they personally asked the doctors. The doctors even came to the front and answered my questions. GREAT experience I will be returning for all dental work going forward.

It was my first visit and they already knew what I was there for which was a simple tooth extraction. First we sat in the lobby for 2 hours with nobody even in there then they called my husband back and did an x-ray and then sat for another 2 hours. He sat in the dental room and I sat in the waiting room. Then they finally numbed him and walked out of the room for 30 minutes then came back pulled his tooth then they said oh it'll be $132 for pulling that tooth. And we go to check out it's actually $139 and they don't carry change so they had to credit the account. I don't know why they took this long or what's up with this place but never again. His appointment was at 10am we didn't get out of there until close to 2:30pmmmm a whole half of our Saturday gone to pull one single tooth.

I've been trying for several days to get someone to answer the phone at this location. I need 2 root canals, and one of the doctors here is in my network... it is actually one of the closest in network. Aspen Dental's phone menu is garbage. However selecting option 2 allows one to talk to the office... IF they would answer the phone. However no one at this location will answer. I have left messages twice with my name and number, and it has been over a week. Still no returned call, and it is too far just to drive there with no appointment in order to get one. Reading some of the other reviews, I found an administrative number where someone answered some of the 1 star reviews, and I called it to see if they might actually be helpful... got just as bad as the local office... no one would answer the phone, so don't believe it when they respond to low star ratings like they are trying to fix the problem...

I went to Aspen Dental today October the 5th at 11:00 it was absolutely wonderful I can't believe how quickly it was done I didn't realize my teeth was being pulled but they are the best.

I am a terribly difficult patient (physically) but the very nice ladies at Aspen are amazing. They took time to make sure I was as comfortable as possible and were incredibly encouraging and professional..love them.

I've never had a good experience going to the dentist. These folks treated me well. * edit* I did go in 2014 to Mobile Alabama, but my most recent visit was in Valdosta Georgia. Caring compassionate and understanding

Aspen Dental is awesome. Dr Torres is very respectful and kind. I enjoyed every minute while I was working with him. For any business customer service is the most important thing these guys are some of the best at it.

Edit: After getting work done, I must say that I highly recommend these people. They took very good care of me, and made sure that I wasn't in pain when getting a LOT of work done. They also waived my xray and exam fee, and the total cost was affordable, despote being uninsured at the time. Thank you for all that you do. All staff were very nice. A couple apologized ahead of time for potential pain - I don't think this is necessary. The pain wasn't very severe, and having your mouth or body worked on is supposed to hurt. Anyway, my only mimor complaint is that I had to wait an hour past apppointment time to get started. Regardless, staff were kind. They were honest and up front with treatment options. I also think that costs were reasonable, especially for someone who hasn't had insurance or work done in years. Assuming next treatment costs remain as standard, I think any complaints about this establishment are trivial at best. If you need affordable care, these folks are honest, and will tell you what you actually need done. Thanks.

I am very appreciative of what these teams of people have done for me. They have helped me get my smile right and I think they are the best ever. Dr. Torres can pull a tooth in 15 minutes and made it not hurt. Kept me confortable in the chair and was very considerate as to if i was in pain. I recommend this place to everyone who needs dental work. This is a one of a kind dental business. They really are professional and friendly.
