Updated to 4 stars just for effort and good business practices and kindness increasing. Could be five-star experience, but had to wait 1.5 hours beyond first appointment time! There is some decency and professionalism here; facility is new & pleasant, but a ways to go to earn more stars. update: new female dentists are real pros. The woman at the front desk is fantastic, the technicians seem good. Overall quite lacking in expressing care and concern for comfort and convenience. Update: improving on this a little bc of the new female dentists. on first visit, The dentist did not introduce herself; and was not the dentist posted on the wall in waiting area; and she did not connect with patient, was rushed. Update: they're connecting more. Had seen they were not taking care with an elderly woman in stand-up x-ray and you could tell senior citizen had never done that before. They don't have blankets for the 55 or 60 degree temp inside. There are small tv screens attached to the exam chairs right in your face that have weird programs running on them that they don't offer to adjust to your liking. Maybe great for kids or people who need distraction (if they can choose programming). They schedule appointments with only one or two days notice. Update: they're allowing appointments to be scheduled further out, but then repeating attempts to contact to confirm after already confirmed. Seem a bit disorganized. Update: more staff in office, should help. Turns out Aspen is out of Network for Humana (and most insurance?) The receptionist stated this; but the next person did not, and acted like it was being covered by insurance. Found out later $1100 for dentures is not what would have been the cost at an in-network dentist. Perhaps it is their way, let you down up front, make you wait, so you will be elated when they flip flop and give you good news and say, oh, sorry, that was wrong and I knew more about how to do it. Idk! We were already into the process and stayed with it. But if I had known more, I would have chosen IN NETWORK only. My mistake. I wish they would have just explained over the phone when presented with exact insurance plan and been honest about whether they accept it. If you need to go here, it seems like it is getting better.

Worst experience ever. Does not deserve any stars! I was put off and put off and put off. I was at Aspen dental at 10:00. They said my appointment wasn't until 11:00. So I waited. Everyone came in and was taken to a room. And I waited...finally around noon they called me back to get an x-ray. And of course the tooth needed pulled.( Like I had told them.) But they were running into their lunch ,so I had to wait,again! When I saw them coming back from lunch, I figured it wouldn't be long. But to my surprise, here came the afternoon patients . I asked when it would be my turn and they said they were getting a room ready. But of course other people coming in were taken back before me. I checked the time, it was after 2:00. I had had enough! I left. I will speak badly about Aspen dental from now on. Worst experience I have had in my life! I have never been treated with such disrespect. I am 70 years old and don't need to be around people like that!

I originally was scheduled for an appointment but I had to cancel it. I went to the office as a walk-in about two days later and the service was great! I thought by going in without an appointment it would be an all day event. The staff worked me in and I truly appreciated their kindness.

They wouldn't give me nitrous when I requested it during extractions, and wouldn't prescribe Diflucan which helps prevent yeast infections while taking antiobiotics. And that was the best parts of the visit. Never again .

Worst dental experience of my life. You should definitely NOT go here. Went in for a simple filling and was told half-way through it that he could not do the filling and he had to either pull the tooth or I would have to come back for a root canal and leave with a halfway done filling. Several staff mentioned faulty equipment and the dentist did not have the tools to do a root canal while my tooth was already exposed. I have never had such an awful dentist visit in my life.

Delightful experience! The staff was very courteous & professional. Dr. Bergman was a pleasure to speak with and very informative. He explained the problems and fixes to my dental needs. I'm looking forward to my next visit!

I had a tooth pulled in March, it is now july and it still is hurting, I think he left a part of my tooth in there still. The staff were all nice.

Best Dentist experience yet.Let me just say I have High anxiety and Horrible Dentist experience in the past I indeed cried the whole time due to nerves! Everyone was over nice and understanding of my situation and they got me a plan to get the help I need I appreciated everything! I CANT WAIT TO GET MY TEETH TOGETHER

What a joke. My husband's just paid 13,000 to get his teeth repaired. They are constantly changing his appointments times (literally 4 appointments have been changed at the last minute). He had an 8 am appointment. We get there and at 7:55, they texted him saying that they were closed today. His tooth got infected this past week, and they wouldn't see him, or call in an antibiotic. He would up at urgent care. He told them this morning that they better find him a dentist. Don't even waste your money. This place is sketchy as you know what.

The first appointment I made, I confirmed via text, and via when they called me, however when I got there they told me my appointment had been canceled because i didn't confirm via email well. After I rescheduled and went for a filling, he said I needed a root canal so I told him "if you can't fill it pull it" so he filled. One month later I'm still having issues and call to schedule to pull it. I was told they use temp Dentist and that one wasn't there anymore so I would have to pay for a new exam and then the extraction . Ridiculous. My xraus and all notes are on file a d recent. I should not have to have a another exam for the same problem tooth. It's not cheaper if they charge for unnecessary things. Well not give them another Dime.

The airport and Schillinger location very friendly we're glad to help you and take care of your needs. Shelby the office girl explained my plan very well and took time to go over it. The lab tech did a wonderful job in X-rays. And new her stuff. She was friendly as well. Great place to go. The hygienist was great as well.

Aspen Dental is the most wonderful experience. Wonderful staff, dentists, hygienist and overall great place to get your teeth fixed. They want to make a difference in your smile and they do care about your teeth and gums. Me and my Family love Aspen Dental. We drive almost 2 hours to see them because they do such a great job. You need to check them out. Fantastic
