I'm going to find a new dentist. First they scheduled my teeth cleaning on a day they don't have their hygienist working, so I had to be rescheduled after I already got there. Then they refuse to actually clean my teeth unless they charge me for over $1000 deep cleaning treatment of which after insurance will cost me $780 because they see "some gingivitis" and diagnosed me with petiodontal disease, that I had never been informed of by a dentist before and apparently I have none of the risk factors for. In fact, I don't have any of the symptoms, just small indications on my x-rays. I can't afford their deep cleaning and they refuse to do the regular cleaning that my insurance covers. They just kept giving me the same overly rehearsed spiel and tried to convince me to finance. They barely examined my teeth before they made this diagnosis, and didn't even compare it to any previous xrays. They in fact did the least thorough exam I've ever had, even in the military! I know chain dentists tend to try and sell you things, but I thought I could at least get my teeth cleaned, but apparently not. Also, my insurance covers anything preventative, so apparently this deep clean doesn't prevent much of anything according to them, and insurance companies, though evil, certainly know what saves them money in the end. Update: So years later following my bad experience, I find out my mom tried this place only to have almost the exact same bad experience. She is actually a former dental professional and has always had extremely healthy teeth and gums, something her last dentist routinely acknowledged. But surprise surprise, they also diagnose her with "periodontal disease" and proceed to try and scam an expensive and unnecessary treatment out of her, one which her insurance doesn't cover either. This is obviously a deliberate strategy. Apparently after all these years they continue to seek money rather than what's best for the patients.

The hygienist that cleaned my teeth was very gentle. She kept asking me if I was alright. She was very informative. I don't remember her name but she is a little blond and very pretty. Everyone at Aspen was very nice to me. I would recommend Aspen to all my friends and family. I felt very relaxed and comfortable!!!

I spent over a year trying to find a dentist who was compassionate, knowledgeable who actually explained not only what I needed done, but helped in easing my anxiety over the entire process of having it all done. Dr. Kapoor and his entire staff are friendly, knowledgeable and genuinely care about their patients!! I will be going back to them for all my future dental needs!!

After a thorough and painless cleaning from their hygienist Kelly, I was quickly seen by Dr Tarnit Kapoor and honestly I'll stand by his work in coordination with his dental assistant Kat. A week ago Monday I had a seizure and broke my front tooth and this week Thursday the permanent installation looks debatably better than before it broke! They also helped greatly with financing through CareCredt, making calls as needed, and I couldn't be happier with the results today. I cropped out a pic from immediately after so please excuse the chapped lips and fluoride all over :)

Called regarding a toothache. Keep me awake most of the night. They worked me in the next day. Pulled the cracked tooth and I'm feeling much better today after a great nights sleep.

I will be reporting Aspen dental to the better business bureau. After having all of my personal information read aloud to insurance companies over the phone several times in front of a room full of patients waiting lobbying with absolutely no privacy walls or ambient music to reduce what can be heard I was taken back and heard it like cattle through the process of X-rays. Walls were dirty x-ray vests were dirty. Rooms weren't even rooms but areas divided by cabinets with clutter all over in the room where I was seen by the dentist. This isn't even the bad stuff. My dentist was in my mouth for 30 seconds and more or less immediately stated that I would have to get a tooth extracted and receive an implant. He offered no other options or possible outcomes. Upon leaving the lady working at the desk really tried to sell me on going through with the implant going so far as to try to make me take out a personal loan and she ran my credit for a company that they use to see how much I would be approved for to cover the $7,000 implant. This isn't even to mention the $140 toothbrush they tried to basically tell me that I needed. They also tried to make me feel like there was no other option besides an implant because the tooth was too far gone and just an extraction would leave a hole in my mouth. The dentist I went to a week later was able to put a crown on my tooth and remove all of the decay. This type of predatory practice is a ripe example as to the corruption of the dentist industry. This is my first experience with a chain dentist and it will for certain be my last. I'm just glad I made the smart decision to go to this dentist office myself before bringing my children there.

Friendly staff. Everyone was very helpful and informative. The person who took my xrays was a little hard to understand. The Dentist seemed like he was in a bit of a hurry but I didn't see the Dentist until about 7:30pm. Over all, it was a good experience.

the whole team was amazing! i got three of my wisdom teeth out and they were so patient dr. kapoor reassured me and took breaks whenever i needed. i would tell everyone i know to come here for extractions especially if you're nervous.

I was nothing but floored start to finish. Not only are they all flawlessly professional, but the staff are all friendly well beyond the superficial level that might be expected. I received a thorough checkup, from x-rays to a 3d rendering of my teeth, and given that it was my first time there it was entirely free. Nanette, Dr. Mo, and Cynthia, if you all read this, please keep up the good work. I don't know if you all hear this a lot, but I hope that you all get the accolades you deserve.

Aspen dental took care of me right away I was able to get in the same day I was complaining of tooth pain not only did they eliminate my pain they gave me an amazing dental plan that worked for me financially so that all my needs were met

I was thoroughly impressed by the professionalism of the staff and dentist. Linda the office manager was a great help in providing options for financial payments in order for me to get my root canal done tomorrow. So far the process has been quick and painless. They provided referral information for more complicated work that needs to be done. A++++ service! Thank you!

I had the BEST experience for my first appointment. Everyone was so helpful and communicated what was going to happen next. I came in as a new patient hoping for a cleaning and a wisdom tooth extraction and they got it all done the same day! My hygienist Kelly did an amazing job with my cleaning and she even got me numb for my extraction. I literally felt NO pain while she was giving me my injection. Dr. Kapoor got my wisdom tooth out in literally less then 2 mins and I felt nothing! I was so amazed. Everyone should come here for their dental needs!

Overcharges. Everytime I go, I always get an extra bill because Aspen overcharges so what's the point of having insurance??? Also won't accept Medicaid. Seriously thinking about finding a more reasonable dentist that doesn't overcharge

Awesome first time here for replacement dentures. Dr Kapoor is so nice. Kat, Meredith, Jen were also awesome. They took care of me kindly from the moment I entered the office. I was actually going to a competitor and so glad I came here first. Will recommend to my friends.
